    Dont push through the sensations. Allow yourself to be depersonalized. Welcome it. Its scary but it works.

    My vision is the only symptom left now after 3 years of suffering, Things get better when we ignore dpdr,not focusing on it has saved me.

    It’s important to just keep doing the normal things and concentrating on what you are doing and not how you are feeling (symptoms)

      @@judithlionel6410 it’s not easy, trust me, I run a business , am a graphic artist and do the printing … it’s pretty crazy but doable . Breathe , breathe and keep going .
