The thing is, Kujo didn't commit career suicide by picking the wrong one, he did it simply by doing this. He stole a sample, sold it, then went after the artist when he got caught. Nobody will ever want to work with him again.

Tru dat. I've watched reactor channels go from 2,000 subs to 20,000, 30,000 +++ in just a few weeks cos they started doing lots of Ren reactions. I'm loving bad Ren, not gonna lie.
Brilliant isn't it? And just shows his amazing versatility including his acting! He's slowly but surely elevating himself above the rest. Let's not forget just how quickly he got this out too. Such skill....and as an Englishwoman I'm dead proud of the lad
It's a masterpiece that was created in such a short period of time. The lyrics, the beats, the acting, the setting and visuals... you can disect any of those and find 12498412 awesome points for each... he is trully something else
100%. The boy's a national treasure : ) Hopefully Kujo will realise that he messed up, that his industry lawyers have led him wrong... and will finally reach out a genuine hand. If I know anything about Ren, it's that this could all be over with one *sincere* act. This could still be fixed, if there was a will to do so.
I also know that Ren would never let anyone he collaborates with, struggle - even if they might have made poor decisions in the past. Don't need to take from our boy... he gives himself generously.
And, sure, our boy is hurting. But whether Kujo reaches out or not, Ren's going to ride this wave to even greater success. After all, hurt and frustration is familiar territory.
This ain't even hatred, it's just raw emotional honesty channelled positively into art. It's what Ren does, it's his super-power : )
So, whatever happens next, Kujo ain't breaking him... not even close. If anything, he's making him : )))) And I can't wait to watch this new creative space unfold.

I just discovered Ren about a couple months ago and have learned so much about him as a person in that short time period. He is an open book, likable, easy to talk with. Just a regular person. I’ve never been much into rap. I’ve enjoyed Eminem and similar artists but when I saw one of REN’s I was hooked. Not just the song. The words, the expression, the body language, rhythm, artistry, cinematography, I was spellbound. I’ve searched greedily for more of his work. He and his entourage friends are true artists in all forms. Just beautiful and they should be shared with all. I was surprised to learn they and he are independent artists. That just took them up another level! I’ve enjoyed speaking with Ren, he’s humble and actually had to prove to me he is Ren he’s that nice. Greed is rampant in the world always but especially now. People are suffering for the greed of others. We need artists like Ren to be public and cry foul. And so all understand. ❤

I’m only a week or in. He’s word in his raps are amazing but he also has a lovely voice and i cry every time I hear chalk outlines and patience. I’m mesmerized at his guitar skills in that video when he was so so sick .

I think the fact that the reaction community showed up is just one more FU to Kujo...sorta like showing what he lost out on. He could have had all of these people on his side supporting him, but, to quote the Knight in Last Crucade: "he chose poorly." Ren just had to put out a call to arms, and everyone came running. And now, instead of all these people who could have had Kujo's back, they now are cheering Ren on as he smacks him around with a pen, a mic, a beat, a camera, and a choir.
And by the way Dotta loved that Ren mentioned him in this. He was truly flattered
