Yours is one of my favorites on TH-cam. I was actually able to recreate one in a different color scheme and I really dig it! Your tips were amazing 👏. Thanks so much for being thorough!!!
Though I'm not into the live videos, I love to see them afterwards, and I know others love them. Because of you, I purchased the passion base AND top cell paints to experiment with. I also have gotten a big order of mold making stuff and a big octogon tray with the intent to make a mold from it. Hoping I can do as well as you!
I'm not sure what cell paint is to begin with and you generally don't use acrylic paint with resin, though you can in very small quantities if you want to.
Bonjour de France Super beau Ma question Combien fait de diamètre votre moule ? Et combien avez vous mis de résine À + B Merci beaucoup Dommage qu’il n’y y’a pas de sous titre en français 😏 🙏😘
I’m sorry if you already answered this question, I did look for the answer but couldn’t find it. What type of resin did you use for this tray? I know it was from the Stone Coat and I have the link and I watch a video. He says if you are new to this you should use the craft coat but someone else here said that was not the right one it was too thin -so what did you use? I’m confused lol. Love your work!
Stupid question: is the top of the tray what is on top in the mold or the bottom of the mold? I know most of my molds it’s the bottom. But are the trays different?
If you put the handles in the resin (in the mold) what you see on top would be the top. But if you let the mold dry and drill holes or use glue to attach the handles, you could decide which side you want up 😊
You should checkout Lolivefe they have tray molds too. This came out so nice. You probably could’ve used the copper flakes too. Enjoy the rest of your evening.
I know she uses Loli Vefe products, maybe she hasn't seen those or decided to try another company or it may have been gifted to her 🤔 I don't remember if she said for sure, and I'm too lazy to rewatch right now *blush* I can imagine they would be nice and good quality though 😊
Tina - Artistically Random I’m hooked on Lolivefe because of MMG. 😁 I have like 20 (maybe even more 😊) of their products. Their silicone mats, cups and other items are great.
Some of it depends on the usage. Some on work time. My memory stinks on stuff like that, but I know if you email Stone Coat and let them know what you're working with (mold, canvas, wood) any additives (base coats, mica powders, flakes, dried flowers) and what you want your end result to be used for (desktop, tile coasters) they will tell you which they suggest and why... They are ah-maze-ing 😊
I learned the hard way that some resins don't harden up properly/fully if project is too thick or "deep." For example, the Stonecoat Art Coat is meant to be a thinner layer that would go over another surface like a canvas. Whereas a casting resin, like Alumilite clear cast, is meant for molded projects that might be a bit thicker. I hope that (late) explanation helps.
I don't remember for sure if she said where she purchased them, but I know you can use just about any cupboard door or drawer handle from Lowe's, Ace, Home Depot, pr just about anywhere 😊

Great video! I’m watching some to prepare myself, I’m making my mother a resin tray with the same mold tomorrow for Mother’s Day. :)
Just getting started in resin. Love this!
I have seen many trays made but never like yours. They are so elegant. I’m in love with the larger one and the coasters.
Just found your channel and loved the tray! I was ready to start mine today, but since I'm new to resin I wanted a tutorial. I am now inspired!
So pretty. I have that same 3 pack of foil flakes. That midnight violet is amazing. Also, the blue and gold one you did is awesome
I've learned so much from you thank you. Not enough to get bold enough to do some things but I'm building up my courage
When you get there and work your first creation, you'll be glad you did 😊
Oh you so will be glad, it's so much fun and then you get that sense of achievement!!
I really love those colors together. Great video to wake up too. ✌🏼💕
Thank you so much❤
Wow, the colors are nice, flakes are awesome also! I love it! 💜
Absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful composition.
It looks fantastic love the gold .
love this tray . Will be trying it.
Love love your tree ideas 💡 what kind of light do you put on your
Is sticking the handles while curing better than drilling them in after its fully cured ? Or both are effective ?
Hi Vera here from Dublin 🇨🇮
That turned out amaamazing! 🌟💜
Can I put a flower in this? Do I have to wait till the flower is dried and pressed?
I made my first tray but today it's on my third day and the tray bend in the heat why what do I need to do next time as this was my first one ...??
I bought these exact flakes. I love them!
Please tell me where
I love your videos.
Good morning could I use acrylic paints on my resin. Did you ever use acrylic paints?
Do you mean in your resin or on your resin?
Love those colors! 😊Where do we see end results? Couldn't find on your page...
It looks beautiful but I wish I could've seen the final result. I bet it was gorgeous.
How many ounces of resin does it take to fill that size tray? Thanks in Advance. Roni
I’m working on a project and I want to know what kind of glue will be best to use on resin after cure.. if you could help me 🙂
How much resin did this take? Beautiful 😻
Hi I love the tray ❤
Thanks! I just posted a video where I recreated this one if you'd like to check it out :)
Hello! This is beautiful, I’m wondering what the difference between cell paint and acrylic paint is when it comes to resin? Thank you!
I'm not sure what cell paint is to begin with and you generally don't use acrylic paint with resin, though you can in very small quantities if you want to.
After waiting a couple of hours to set in handles, at what point do you add the 2nd layer of clear?
You can pour it as soon as the first layer has set, which can be anywhere from about 8 hours to 24 hours
I always enjoy your videos. The tray is very nice. Thank you so much.
This is beautiful! ♥ #KnowledgeIsPower! #AwesomeTeam♥
And if it's okay to ask, how much (a range) are you charging for these? **I'm hoping to have a booth and I have no clue what to charge.

Ma question
Combien fait de diamètre votre moule ?
Et combien avez vous mis de résine À + B
Merci beaucoup
Dommage qu’il n’y y’a pas de sous titre en français 😏 🙏😘
Hello, how much 1:1 resin will it take to fill this mould please? Thanks I love your work x
Beautiful
Just beautiful
Beautiful trays Marcy 👍🏼💜💕
How much resin did you use. And what ratio? Pls tell😊 Lisa
You should always mix the resin per the instructions on the bottle of the resin you're using. This mold takes about 14 oz of resin

Why would anyone bother with a dislike? I mean, really.
This is so pretty! Love the colors and the gold flakes! Thanks for sharing!
Thanks!
Just curious, why do the A have to be onto of B??? I’m still learning
That is so pretty
stone coat counter top resin is good for thin pours? which specific one?
Can you tell me how much resin you used, please and thank you.
That’s what I’d like to know too!
When will I put these handles? After how many hours?
You can actually just put them in right away, that's what I do now
after any time handls will in the rsin?
Did you start with a base of clear resin first then pour the colors?
Just what I show in this video :)
Absolutely gorgeous! Is the larger black/blue/gold tray with the coasters still available to purchase?
Im new to this. Are these mica powders? Beautiful work!
Pigments
Did you ever finish this? I can’t find it, it’s amazing💞🦋
I did but there's no where to post a photo here
PLEASE HELP! So since the mold holds 17 oz, was your first layer with colors only 8.5 oz? TIA
I didn't fill the whole thing to the very top, so probably slightly less, like 7 to 8 ounces :)
Thank you so much! So then your second layer of clear was about 8 oz?
Correct
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤪
Hi
May I please know how much raisen you have used for the tray?
Thanks
In this video I used about 12 ounces of resin in the tray :)
Hi. Can you please tell me where you got the mold from for the blue and gold tray you displayed?
Really i love it
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
How long do you wait before you apply the second layer?
Its full of bubbles 😬 will it show once its dry?
It's not full of bubbles 👍
Stupid question: is the top of the tray what is on top in the mold or the bottom of the mold? I know most of my molds it’s the bottom. But are the trays different?

Guys I need some help I have made two and they are not hardening like they should. i am so at a loss
If they're not hardening properly it means the resin wasn't mixed fully or your ratios were off :)

Where do you get all your stuff at
Molds from Amazon, I sell pigments and resin on my website
Where did u get the handles from
Do you have a video on how to make the silicone mold?
I got it from Amazon :)
Can we see the finished product somehow ? (out of mold with handles on it - in natural light).? **Unless you didn't video that. Cathy/Chandler, AZ
I'm sorry, I didn't video that
How ml epoxy resin do I need for this tray?
I saw something that said 17ounces , but I am not sure.
@@uroojchaudri4149 thank you☺️
You’re welcome 😊
Where did you get the tray mold from?
Roberta Salazar they have them on Amazon.
can we use hair heat gun ??
A heat gun gets up to about 1000 degrees, your hair dryer doesn't get nearly that hot so won't work the same
@@MixedMediaGirl thank you , so we need a hot temperature to controll the designe ?? right ?? if i get it correct ?
Did you video your the other layer?.
What do you paint the sides with
She usually uses a liquid gilding and paints it on 😊
This is suitable for putting food on .?
No, generally you don't put food directly on a serving tray
Beautiful 😍
how do you know when to use the art coat or the other types of stone coat?
Some of it depends on the usage. Some on work time. My memory stinks on stuff like that, but I know if you email Stone Coat and let them know what you're working with (mold, canvas, wood) any additives (base coats, mica powders, flakes, dried flowers) and what you want your end result to be used for (desktop, tile coasters) they will tell you which they suggest and why... Maybe I missed it. Where did you find the larger tray size or did you make it? Both of the trays are absolutely gorgeous!!!😍🤩
I commented before the video was done. I got it!
I found a mold on Etsy for silicone handles that I'm waiting for.
I was thinking it’s would be cool to make some molds with tree branches somehow.
Cynthia would you mind sharing link?
I had lots of problems with Etsy's sellers. Amazon and Just Rezin have it all and much cheaper than Etsy. Good Luck.
I got my handles mould from eBay, or Amazon. They had 2 sizes.
Is this casting resin? Or just regular resin
It's countertop epoxy
That’s so beautiful!! Just sub’d to your channel!
Awesome👍😍
Love this piece. Do you have a discount code for Stonecoat?
Try "summersavings" :)
Love those colors together...where did you find your handles the ones I see are kinda pricey
I don't remember for sure if she said where she purchased them, but I know you can use just about any cupboard door or drawer handle from Lowe's, Ace, Home Depot, pr just about anywhere 😊
@@ArtisticallyRandom Thank you
Why didn't you put the handles in the resin?
Because they would just fall over
Is it possible to do a tree ring pour with resin?

What is the size of this tray mold 😍
I don't remember if she actually said 🤔
She almost always links her supplies. Maybe check out the link in the description, it may be in there 😊
Thank you 🥰
Nice ❤️🇩🇰
Hello from Lynda
Hi All
Hello there
Hey
How much a how much b
Equal parts of each. How much total depends on the mold you're using.
Hello
Love it! Where are the gold handles from?
I don't think she said, but you can get any drawer or cupboard door handles you like from like Lowe's, Ace, Home Depot or anyplace like that. Walmart has handles too 😊
@@ArtisticallyRandom thank you! Found some on Amazon😉

hope I get an answer...
Too bad you didn’t show it when you were on molding it in the same video
That would be impossible on a live video
