I will be at MEGACON February 1-4! On Sunday, Feb 4, I will be leading a Stranger Things panel where we will talk season 5 theories and more. I will be on other panels throughout the weekend as well. So come on down to MegaCon this year, I hope to see you there!
The Authority is going to be key to this universe. I think that this entire chapter of the DCU all leads to a reverse Kingdom Come situation where The Authority has gotten out of control and gone way too far. As a result a new age of heroes in the Justice League comes along to shut them down.
Obviously I’m excited for Superman legacy, but I’m most looking forward to Supergirl because it has the potential to be an incredible story with breathtaking visuals(from what I know of the comic)
Ranking Superman: Legacy Batman: The Brave and The Bold Peacemaker S2 Supergirl: Woman Of Tomorrow Waller Lanterns Swamp Thing Paradise Lost The Authority Booster Gold Creature Commandos
I’m cautiously optimistic for brave and the bold. It’s being directed by Andy Muscietti who did IT but he also did the flash. At least he handled Batman well so hopefully it will be good
1. Superman Legacy 2. Lanterns 3. Swamp Thing 4. The Authority 5. Booster Gold 6. Supergirl The Woman Of Tomorrow 7. Creature Commandos 8. Paradise Lost 9. Peacemaker Season 2 10. Batman Brave And The Bold 11. Walker
@@FilmStocked agreed. Also if you enjoyed Godzilla Minus One (2023) I recommend the original Godzilla (1954) movie by Japan that is still the best Godzilla movie with Godzilla Minus One (2023) a close second. The original uncut Japanese Godzilla (1954) movie is on Max with English subtitles. Godzilla is also a villain in Godzilla (1954)
Superman Legacy, The Brave and the Bold and Swamp-Thing are my most excited DCU movies while Peacemaker S2, Waller and Creature Commandos are my most excited DCU TV shows. Also can’t wait for The Batman part 2.
I am excited for the #DCU as a whole. I am going to watch every project in the main timeline, but my excitement level for the ones that have been announced in order are Brave and the bold, Superman, Supergirl and the Lantern series. #RiseDCU I’m more hyped for the DCU’s Batman than the Else world Batman because we’re getting the bat-family who has been overlooked. Can’t wait to see that brotherly interaction between Damian and Dick.
I honestly don't get your take on having two Batman films I think that's going to be great. Seeing more Batman movies in my opinion is never a bad thing plus getting to see different takes on the character and the world is always interesting to me.
I’m a Batman fan so brave and the bold is the project that has the most promise to me. If it takes inspiration from the Arkham games we may have something special coming with Batman. Other than that I’m just going to wait and see with Gunns universe. I miss the snyderverse but I understand that it was poorly managed and filled with flaws. So a fresh start might work. Gunn however needs to silence his ego so that these projects can be the best that they can be, I think announcing up to 10 projects is a risky gamble because theirs no guarantee that all of them will happen; here’s hoping.
I don't get why ppl don't want two batmen at once in the big screen it's a unique possibility of having a more adventurous/fantasy oriented Batman movie and another in the more realistic side
When the movies were first announced last year, Batman: The Brave and the Bold was my most anticipated but now it's Superman: Legacy. Waller is my least anticipated because let's be real, who in the hell wants an Amanda Waller solo project?
@Comicbookfanboy31 She's a pretty good villain but not someone who can carry an entire project. I'd rather see a Rick Flagg solo project than a Waller solo project.
have not been this hyped for future dc projects for a long time if ever last dceu wasnt that exciting for me because I dont really care that much about Snyder
This is random but could you do another stranger things theory video? If so this is my theory: Byler will be canon and El will realize that she needs to live independently and focus on herself and her identity
Here's my ranking by excitement of the upcoming DCU projects (minus Peacemaker season 2 because I haven't watched that yet, and Arkham, because... well, we don't know how exactly that will go down). I will also be ranking them by tiers. 10. Paradise Lost: "Ehhh" Tier - I'm interested to see what it will entail, but otherwise... sure, why not? I guess... 9. Creature Commandos: Bottom of "I'm Curious" Tier - It's an animated series so that already has my interest, but it's about monsters fighting in a World War. Intriguing. 8. Waller: Middle of "I'm Curious" Tier - This was originally at the bottom of my list, but after watching both Suicide Squad movies... I want this a bit more. I want to see how they can make Waller the main character and make her an interesting lead. 7. The Authority: Top of "I'm Curious" Tier - James Gunn said that this was a "passion project" of his, and I've heard that this team is basically if the Justice League was evil but different characters. 6. Booster Gold: Bottom of "I'm Pumped" Tier - From what I keep hearing and learning about Booster Gold gets me more and more excited. Hopefully Ted Kord shows up at some point. 5. Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow: Bottom Middle of "I'm Pumped" Tier - The more details I hear of the comic runs plot gets me more and more excited, and I'm interested to see who they cast as Kara. Hope to read the comic run soon. 4. Lanterns: Top Middle of "I'm Pumped" Tier - Jon Stewart is my childhood Green Lantern, so having him team up with Hal Jordan and have them basically be detectives on Earth? OOOOOOHHHHHHH HECK YEAH! 3. The Brave and the Bold: Top of "I'm Pumped" Tier - Finally Hollywood! Stop trying to make Robin a 20 year old and be... well, Robin! Love that we'll see the Bat-Family on the big screen. 2. Superman: Legacy: Bottom of "Need It Now" Tier - The cast... is honestly looking amazing. James Gunn is directing it, so I mean... come on. 1. Swamp Thing: Top of "Need It Now" Tier - This is still surprising to me, as I know little about Swamp Thing. But how he can connect with the green and know when it's in danger can cause a great dynamic for him and the Justice League, and how humans can be so cruel at first, but he can be offered the hand of Superman in negotiation for peace and to help protect the green. There's so many ideas I've got in my head about it!
Creature commandos isn't taking place in world war 2 theyre supposedly gonna be on dinosaur island and it's gonna build up to the centre being the main villain of the chapter
Hot take The Batman was not a bad film but it was so long it honestly got boring Also if your a huge comic fan you would agree the riddler in the Batman is literally hush
