So, what difference does the noise gate make (I have no idea)? I'm curious as to what I should be looking for. Of course the quality of my headphones could make a difference I'm sure. I've been using some run of the mill Logitech "pro" headphones which are ok but I would like to step up to something a little better. Got any suggestions?
Glad you asked! The noise gate "effect" you would hear is the absolute silence you hear whenever nothing is happening (so when I'm not speaking or touching anything). Normally, there'd be some naturally faint white or brown noise but with the noise gate, there is literal silence. It's most noticeable when I speak after a bit of silence.
Do you think they never changed their recipe? I've always thought it weird that Coke, Pepsi, Mt Dew, etc. just keep adding more and more sugar but the actual beverage stays the same.
@@OpenEgee I'm not sure if they've changed it. I know coke and Pepsi are both infamous foe consistently changing their recipes. Especially with the "New Coke" & Crystal Pepsi attempts. As long as I can remember, RC cola has always tasted them same. It's been a constant in my life lol
I think the type of people you say are doing ASMR but its also 'vlogging' content could be simply doing their own thing and just want to share it with others. I don't believe there's any main reason, it kind of just exists? Hard to explain. Could just be an aesthetic/theme, similarly unintentional ASMR (e.g; bob ross painting, japanese shoe making, crafting channels etc). However, I did notice back in the day a lot... and I mean a lotttt of vlogging channels used to be about wealth, status, power and a myriad of other in-your-face-things that come off as out of touch, un-relatable for the average person or simply put, pretentious/cringe? Sure there were decent underground/smaller vlogging channels that didn't focus on those things but were in fact humble, fun & down to earth people.
