yeah i remember trying that and it was super stressful i ended up giving up 😶
@@imawakemymindisalive13 just pretend you’re alone in the store and pay no one any mind.
@@DrDrayzday 3:48 Walmart discontinued their price matching but there are ways to price match their online site (not by 3rd party). *Target does pricematch* almost every major retailer including Walmart! See their website for how it works. Easy to do and almost no one knows about it or uses it.
probably an unpopular opinion but just as the market is over saturated with makeup products, it’s becoming way too oversaturated with skincare. this is why i find these videos so so so helpful, they honestly remind me to stick to the basics lol. can’t go wrong with cetaphil, cerave, and neutrogena.
Completely agree it's also worse for the enviornment!
I wish those brands will stop animal testing. I stick to a simple skin care routine but look for cruelty free brands.
@@naatqueen trust me, as a plant-based person i do as well, but unfortunately they tend to be more affordable than the cruelty-free products. i am hoping that they’ll take the covergirl route soon.
@@barbieblue3336 because i don’t see it being said often. most people seem to be okay with this much corporate waste.
Yet so little anyone sensitive can use sadly
I could literally watch Dr Dray shop anywhere, I swear her voice is so calming 😅 or is it just me?
Initially I didn't but then I kinda fell in love with her
I fall asleep at night sometimes…so relaxing
I have always struggled with decision fatigue shopping skin care. Thanks to Dr.Dray I now eliminate everything that has fragrance, essential oils, denatured alcohol, fruit extracts and witch hazel. This has made things so much simpler.
I know what you mean. And end up leaving with nothing, more confused than ever. So many products, unsure of which works for your skin or what your skin needs. And searching out quality brands and ingredients. 🤷🏼♀️😊
Same!
At first I will say it was hard for me to watch her videos because she’s so monotone but she’s soo informative but I’ve grown to love her monotone sass 😂
2:19 I love the way she said "Maximum!" In a loud whisper and then explained how they'd market it as an overnight mask if it was for women. XD i love seeing someone in their element enjoying themselves as they can see right through anything phony.
Also her little laugh at 2:50
As a Canadian, I am always so jealous at both the selection and prices of your skincare products in the US!!
Same girl same 🥲
I'm Australian and same The skincare here are costing me an arm and a leg
Why is stuff expensive in the north
@@mickilarry4890 I don't know
Capitalism encourages market competition, which drives down prices. Socialism controls markets, which controls prices. Canada is a socialist nation. The U. S. is largely still a capitalist nation.
It so cracks me up when you bust out the marketing myths of most cosmetic/personal care products. Hail Dr. Dray!
As an introvert, I enjoy these types of vlogs because I never leave my house. 😂
thanks for watching
Greetings louiegraphy hope u r well n Happy Wednesday😀👍💜....

Ditto!
I'm glad you enjoyed this shopping video louieography, I did too.

Dr Dray, don’t worry! As a fan of the Dr Bronner’s soap (unscented) for over a decade, I now use it primarily for washing my hands and veggies/fruits. I used to use it for literally washing everything, but I stopped using it on my face and body after your explanation. I still wash my hands with it, but I make sure to moisturize afterward. As Dr Bronners fan, I won’t be coming after you. I still love your character and content, and I value your knowledge and input as always.
It makes a good floor cleaner if you have nothing else. I usually use Murphy's Oil Soap, but have used that with a few drops of orange peel oil when I ran out.
I also use the liquid Dr. Bronner’s when hand washing dishes, LOVE it for that.
I love it for cleaning makeup brushes
Oh, geeeez…there used to be a horse shampoo called “Casteen”, which was basically the same as Dr Bronner’s with a little jojoba oil added in. When I was a groom on the horse show circuit, several horse owners would insist on their horses being bathed in Casteen. After a couple of weeks of this, my hands, particularly between the fingers, would break out in hives! Apparently, I’m allergic to the Castile soap, which is the main ingredient. Even wearing rubber gloves didn’t help a whole lot, bc they would eventually develop leaks!😩
@@KatlynMariie101 oh good 💡 idea
my friends recommended dr. bronner's to me and it made my skin SO dry. i couldn't understand the hype and figured it was a "me" thing... years later i'm still going through the huge bottle i bought just to wash MAKEUP BRUSHES and i come across this video which validated everything that i thought about it LOL
Hi Dr. Dray! I also like Laura Jean's videos! I especially like the ones where she talks about vintage beauty/skincare products that are still sold today. May you please make a video talking about vintage beauty products that you would recommend? It would be interesting to hear what a dermatologist has to say about the products that stood the test of time!
Noxzema and Sea Breeze and Gee Your Hair Smells Terrific. LOL
Agreed! I just started a nighttime regimen with ponds, witch hazel, and Olay moisturizer, but I’d absolutely love to hear about more tried-and-true vintage brands/products! ❤️
Dr. Dray your really putting out some good energy in this Target who else sees this?
thanks!
@Diana Moore hello and Happy Wednesday! Have a nice day and evening! 🌞🌻👍🏻

Hi Uncle Charlie! Yes, Dr Dray is very cheery today. Do wearing the bright colours making her so, or vice versa?

Your skin blows me away every time I see you. It is so beautiful
That Vanicream daily facial moisturizer is so good!
Yes I agree! That’s been my go-to daily moisturizer I apply under my sunscreen. I’ve repurchased it numerous times now, it’s so good!
I watched your video Target/Walmart products from 3 years ago. I immediately wanted this one which is from 2 months ago. Dr. Dray your skin looks fabulous! Looks plumb and creamy. Don’t know what you have done. I also noted you’re wearing mascara and earrings. You look gorgeous!!🥰
I love when you say, "let's not and say we did." 💖
🤣😂🤣
I wish I could catch Dr Dray at Target someday, I would totally fangirl her lol, happy Wednesday Dr Dray :)
and video-bomb like the lady with the shopping cart. If she was a fangirl, she was totally playing it cool.

I was literally just saying this! (:
@@nadab4750 Hi Nada, Happy Wednesday! If I saw Dr Dray at Target, I’d be like, “Can I get your autograph on the back of my receipt, please???”🤩🤩🤩
Lolllll at Dr Dary pretending to be Dr Dray bahahaha
@@vetsai8199 I think autographing your bottle of sunscreen would make for a unique display piece in your bathroom. Receipts fade.
I am lucky to have a hand written thank-you card from Dr Dray.(Andrea). I still call her Dr Dray out of respect. I have it in a lucite double sided lucite (frameless) magnetic frame on my bookcase.

I just love shop with me skin care...My mom always used to use Nivea cream the blue container for her hands and face and she had a beautiful skin
Shopping with you is a total delight- learning and laughing at the same time!
the way you danced over to cetaphil while singing “ceeetaphiiiil” 🤣🤣🙌🏽🥰
These shop with you videos are very helpful. Thanks Dr. Dray. It's very easy to get lost in marketing, it's really nice to have help cutting through the BS that's out there.
Dr. Dray, you have the most beautiful smooth skin!❤️
Always so much fun shopping with Dr.Dray and getting ideas what to buy...☺
I always enjoy these skin care shopping trips. I recently bought the Cetaphil moisturizer with SPF that you showed. I love it! Very hydrating, absorbs quickly and gives my skin a bit of a glow. I had been using Walgreens Sensitive sunscreen but I think I like the Cetaphil one better especially because it is also a moisturizer and eliminates having to layer products. Thanks, as always, Dr Dray. Happy Wednesday! Hope you have a lovely evening. 💚
I love going shopping with you Dr. Dray for skin care products. Thank you again for another fabulous video!
I love Target shopping with you. My favorite!
thanks for watching
I am so glad you let us know about Castile soap! I have eczema on my hands and thought using it would be gentler on my skin. Little did I know that it might have been contributing to the problem!!!
If I had a skincare/cosmetics line, I’d want Dr Dray to be a consultant and approve everything before it’s sent out
I absolutely love you Dr.Dray. Thank You for your guidance in the store where it can be very overwhelming. You save me so much time and headache, not to mention my very sensitive skin.
11:42 to 12:50. She is totally correct on that!!!! Totally hyped! When you see a new skincare brand becomes popular,a big fad then it fades out then we go to the next one " The Cycle of brands"
Dr Dray your shop with me videos are the best! Please make more!
I love that cleansing oil from palmers💜 it’s great and removes make up so nicely!
I’ve been using HiBar bar shampoo and conditioner for a while and I’ve been very happy with them. I use a regular shampoo every now and then just to break down and buildup (just like you would with the curly girl method). That way you still significantly reduce your plastic waste while still having healthy hair. I’ll usually use whatever shampoo my fiancé has at the time.
Love these Target shopping videos! :) I use the Dr. Bronner's fragrance-free castile soap for washing my fabric masks. No fragrance residue and removes makeup/sunscreen stains. It also works well for washing delicate clothing items. Palmer's Cocoa Butter formula cleansing oil is one of the best I've used for removing makeup and sunscreen. However it is fragranced so I stopped using it when my skin became more sensitive. I'm still absolutely loving the Vanicream Facial moisturizer. I use it both morning and night. :)
I love this video format. Not living in the US, I like seeing how shopping for skincare is like and compare it to my country.
This video was so calming and soothing and helped me so much . Thank you, Dr. Dray!!!
Everytime I open YT there’s a new Dr Dray video.. and I love that 🙏🏻
Watching your shop with me videos is as entertaining as a sitcom 😂 you are hilarious Dr. Dray. Your brain and daily thoughts must be a fun place to dwell 💙 haha. I enjoy your mumbling jokes so much. We share similar sense of humors … “I wasn’t aware a banana could be milked” 😂😂😂 lmao. Have a good weekend!
I was wondering whether anyone would mention the milking a banana comment...LOL!🍌🍶
👱♀️❤
Oh yes...dr bronner's Castile soap and dr bronner's seasoning...I used both in the 70s and that soap WAS harsh but the seasoning was good on sprouted seeds 😀
I like Nivea Creme on my face. The cream is so thick, it's easy to get just a little out of the jar. It spreads out nicely and is super moisturizing. I haven't had any issues with it. The scent seems to be really light. At least, I don't feel like I'm putting perfume on my face.
"MAXIMUM hydration!" You are too cute, Dr. Dray. Looking fab with luxurious glass skin.
That neutrogena sunscreen blinded me in the past. I'll try it again!
Learning from you to wash just my scalp with shampoo has reduced the bottles of shampoo I get every year by so much. Probably a lesson everyone should have if they don’t like shampoo bars and want to reduce waste a little.
I tried Aveeno Eczema, Vanicream, CeraVe cream, Eucerin...
I was about to give up & submit to cortisone, UNTIL...i finally found what worked (for me).
Cetaphil extra dry/sensitive cream, and Aquaphor.
Sunday my hands were so bad, i nearly had a panic attack.
Anything with Collidial oatmeal seemed to make things worse.
Cetaphil has different ingrediants, and my skin loves whatever it is.
Oh my goodness..you look gorgeous dra dray..n I really enjoy your long video,to be honest your soo beautiful n glowing 👍regards to your mom ❤️it’s been long time haven’t heard,we miss thou 🙏
Wearing gloves while cleaning and the thick nivea cream in the tin keeps my nails long and strong! Dr. Bronners fan club🤣 I used that stuff on my natural curly hair years ago and hated it.
:)
I'm dying at the dr. bronners castile soap part ohmy, I love her
I love "shopping with" Dr Dray ^_^
The Secret gel antiperspirant is great. I prefer it to Almay. (Bought both when Vanicream was out of stock.) The applicator is soft, but it’s a little tricky as it starts to run low bc you have to keep it oriented.
"Oh look Ponds!"
That was adorable lol
Thank you so much for doing these kinds of videos. I hope to see more at different stores.
Hey Hey!! Thank you for this video, I am happy I have started watching you because I never really paid attention to the ingrediants too much when purchasing products, NOW I will always study the ingrediants ..:) I am educating myself.
I personally have enjoyed *most* of what I’ve tried from versed. I use the night cream you were looking at, and I’ve found that it takes a bit to absorb and can pill if I use it after finacea, but I haven’t had any issues using it after anything else. I also really enjoy their “auto save” serum and the gentle retinol. They’re the first vitamin C and retinol products to not irritate my skin with consistent use. Didn’t care for their milky cleanser.
Yaay, let's shop with Dr Dray, there's no Target nor Walmart which makes this series even more Special
Happy Wednesday Dr Dray ❤
Happy Wednesday!
I've used the DHC cleanser off and on for years but definitely prefer the Hada Labo and saved some money as well!
I’ve used the Palmer’s cleansing oil!! It’s really good and a good price point!! ❤️
Is it fragranced?
Unfortunately yes!! 🤦🏼♀️
I totally agree about the dr bronners body wash. I have extremely dry skin and eczema. When I used the wash my skin was so dry after using it.
The last product mentioned is what I am excited for! Can we get a top 10 list on urban rx skincare next please?
Dr. Dray, your videos are so informative... thank you for sharing your knowledge. Your skin looks beautiful!
Dr Dray would be a millionaire if she did her own skin care line and that would sure make our choices easier!!!
I love this style of video; super casual but soo informative! 🙌🏼
Nivea has a fragrance free cream in their q10 lineup. A daytime and a nighttime one.
When I was growing up, most every gal I knew swore I give you.. find myself going back to many old standard products. You won't find them in sephora, but they weren't like a dream. I've been using straight vitamin c oil on my skin. It's amazing. But these serums look interesting.
Thank you for the real-life tour of a store cosmetic dept. Shopping can be very confusing and expensive!
Before we had you, Dr Dray, Paula Begoun (of Paula’s Choice) was the only voice of truthfulness and trustworthiness when shopping for skincare and cosmetics. She is the one that showed scientific studies of products with antioxidants, degrading when exposed to oxygen-making jar packaging problematic (which I know you disagree with). She is the first one who told us that fragrance was not skincare. She is the one that provided a thorough skincare ingredient list so that consumers knew what they were buying and how it might impact their skin. Her followers are just as passionate as your followers and I suspect there is much overlap. I am grateful for both of you educating the public. Thank you!
Dr Dray your lashes are like on fleek 😍
Yes there are eye creams with fragrance in them.
I tested positive for the virus and have been laying in bed all week and I miss going to the grocery store lot 😭 Thank you Dr. Dray for virtually taking me to the supermarket through this video. I really appreciate it 🙏 Anyway, happy Wednesday and please stay healthy and safe!

I love love love the Palmers Skincare Cleansing Oil! I use it to double cleanse
This was so entertaining and informative...I love Dr. Dray's reactions to fragrance and harsh exfoliants!! 🤣
I love your "shop with me" videos because you can cover soooo many products.
I've never used Dr. Bronner's, but my husband does. He has gone to dermatologists for years and has been prescribed a vast number of treatments to control seborrheic dermatitis on his face and body. Most treatments made his skin red and inflamed, and increased the flaking. He grabbed Dr. Bronner's (unscented) on a whim and it's controlled his skin condition, with no other product or cream, for 6mos now. He hasn't had a single flare up. So it might not be for everyone, but it definitely works for him.
Same here. It did magic with my skin after years of tryinh to find something. It has saved my skin and and money
The Brightening Serum from Physicians formula is excellent! All organic
Feeling nervous about Neutrogena products after the sunscreen recall. Could you discuss??
I used Dr. Bronners as a face wash/ shower gel once, years ago... it took my skin
weeks to become normal instead of a sore, dry, ashy mess! Never again!
Palmers cleansing oil is actually pretty nice! Check it out! Used it all up, didnt repurchase just cause theres so many others I want to try. But its a good cheap option.
I agree! It actually was my first cleansing oil and I used two bottles before I moved on. But overall it is a very solid option.
Have you used it to remove a full face of makeup ??
@@ayeshasayeed6857 no I haven’t, I don’t wear makeup but often use tinted water resistant sunscreen and it worked to remove it. I imagine it would remove makeup well!
For anyone who can't use nivea due to fragrance no7 essential day and night cream is very similar fragrancefree, it's there oldest moisteriser, I especially love the night rime one, there little gems with similar ingredients to that nivea one
I agree dr bronner's soap is not only overrated, but it is drying, clogs bottles and pumps, leaves residue on surfaces, is alkaline...
I looove your shop with me videos, coz I'm still learning a lot.
For years I have been saying that Pond's cold cream is the best makeup remover. Now it seems like social media is catching up and making it popular.
It has been around for decades. Mom used it. And, I am over 50.
I like the Pond's cold cream cleansing balm better. The cold cream is moisturizing, but I find myself practically scraping it off my face and it leaves a film that makes me feel like my makeup isn't all gone.
My mum used it most of her life. The smell of a pot takes me right back to childhood.
Ponds has a cleansing balm, yes it has fragrance, but I double cleanse after and it gets off the toughest waterproof makeup. Highly recommend much gentler than the original Ponds, Ponds Cleansing balm just melts the makeup away.
Your skin looks flawless 😻 and great video!
This is my favorite series that you do!!
There are no Target in our country; Malaysia. But I watch your video because I love your channel! LOL
thanks for watching

Used to work at target. They will price match a handful of retailers you just have to show them a current price on their website as proof. If I remember correctly they price match walmart.
I love your target skincare videos!!! ❤️❤️

super informative & entertaining as always! thank you Dr. Dray 😄
Oh man I remember when I was younger I used those St. Ives apricot scrubs with the gritty exfoliating beads. It worked then, doesn’t work now that I’m 30 haha.
Same. My face hurts just to think hoe much damage I did to my skin back then. I was young, stupid and with a mess of acne. 😄😄
Love videos like this it's extremely helpful I hope there's an updated video I can find for 2022 like this one
Good morning 🌻 great timing 😊. I have been putting off my trip to target. Now I can go with good info and facts. Thanks Dr Dray.
Good morning!
I love shopping the mass marketers with Dr. Dray!
Omg , virtual Target 🛍 shopping! Thank you! ...I moved overseas, so no target here. 😪
It’s so interesting to see people shopping for skincare in the U.S. Over here in Germany it’s 80% garnier and L’Oréal and 100% of the stuff is fragranced.. even most of the la roche posay products are heavily fragranced here. The only way to get something decent and non irritating is to shop online ..
Could you do Rosen skincare? The founder is very vocal about being anti cerave and cetaphil and claims they have “nothing in them.” Curious for your thoughts and they carry at Target!!
OMG, Andrea...Wow‼️ Your skin looks absolutely FLAWLESS today! I was wondering at one point if you were using a filter of some sorts, but I doubt that - I’m assuming it’s actually due to the lighting, your particular (tinted) sunscreen, and (of course) the fact that your skin is already beautiful to begin with 😊.
Anyway, thanks for another fun video. We love your “shop with me” vids!

I use the fragrance free eucrine 30 spf hydrating cream. I used to use banana boat light as air on my face but I hated the fragrance. I suffer from rosacea but I manage it well. It's a chemical sunscreen but it can't tolerate mineral ones on my face. I use the mineral around my eyes though.
