I do work comp utilization reviews and Starbucks is a frequent client. They should be interested in something like this, although to be fair we usually see the high $$ cases where employees are getting shoulder and knee surgeries. And, in California, work comp is sort of never-ending and never- resolving, which sucks, but this makes for better consistency and less RSI which is a win

Chiro75 Starbucks uses a super-automatic espresso machine that grinds, tamps, and dispenses coffee and then internally ejects and cleans. All the barista has to do is push a button. The milk steaming wand is also automatic so they can just stick it in the milk and leave it. The issues they have are likely just due to pouring blenders and using whip cream and pumping out hundreds of frappuccinos.
