Its Papa Nihil every new album the band change their appearance slightly and the singer is a newer fictional version of the pope or papa as they call him the lyrics and imagery have been described as taking their inspiration from freemasonry and are anti Christian and mock Catholicism. The guy in the coffin is papa nihil and I think currently lead singer is papa emeritus 4th but its all part of the showmanship. Personally love the satire of it all.
