Hurricane Helene aftermath Damage Greenwood South Carolina 9/27/2024

I filmed some of the damage from Hurricane Helene in Greenwood, South Carolina when I left work this afternoon on the way home. This is just the few miles home . My entire county is out of power. This is only showing you a little piece of the county and damage. It was absolutely devastating. Last I heard, no power back on for at least a week and clean up for weeks to come. I pray that God has kept everyone and their families safe who were in this path of this destruction as my family and I were in the middle of it. I can only imagine the devastating damage Florida endured seeing what upstate SC went through where I live. Thank you, God, for keeping my family safe and God bless you all and your families. Stay safe.

It’s sad, it really is, took out Chimney Rock in NC too, one of my dads favorite places on earth
