Laughed out loud when you said the temp is below 80 and that means sweater weather! Girl, I'm 45 min south of you in Palmetto and as a born Floridian we get excited about that!! This past Mon and Tuesday's weather is what we endure the heat for all year!! Just a few more weeks of heat and no more humidity for a couple months!! Woohoo!

Meredith is just the cutest baby! I wish I had one just like her! both recipes looked great, I would forgo the bread bowls! I am not that great of a baker! I love quick breads, but yeast breads terrify me! my kids used to take the cushions off my my couch daily! they used them for forts, trains, anything they could think of and it is a good way to keep them entertained! thanks for sharing and obviously I loved the vid! xoxo

Kim... Love your videos and cooking style.. So me! I do things like you.. Throw the whole tin of beans etc.. . My view is... Recipes are "ideas" and "guidelines".. Can't imagine ever following a recipe as it's written!
I always fry up a load of onions and then freeze portions.. So I have "fried onion" ready for "quick" recipes!.. Same with mushrooms. Even pasta and rice! I steam cook mince in the microwave with salt, paper, garlic and herbs.
I defrost and warm up all the stuff in a microwave steamer!

Dinner looked really good!! How was the dinner and dessert? We have a rule here, (well it’s my parents rule handed down) No food in any room but kitchen!! Works even in to adulthood...tfs 💕👍😜

I’ve made the cozy autumn soup numerous times, it’s actually the only thing I’ve ever made in the instant pot. 😂 It’s delicious. I have also replaced the sweet potatoes in the recipe with butternut squash and it was delicious. Instead of cream, you can do coconut milk, even my little ones like it.

Crock pot hack: pre-brown meat, freeze it... When you want crock pot night that is like chili, or dips, pull out the cooked meat (especially the ground meats) ...DONE!!!!
