On average for deluxe king room it ranges from 320 - 350 saudi riyal all tax inclusive (off peak season). I have mentioned about the same at 8:08.

Standard rates for deluxe room stays around 320Saudi riyal (all tax inclusive). As Hotels follow dynamic pricing strategy the price may vary based on travel demands.
As far as July rates are concerned kindly check now or in a day or two if your plan is fixed. The new umrah season will most probably opens from 7th of July 2024.

Jee bilkul hai. separate charge hai us ka 65 riyal per person. Uss k ilawa single serving b hai room se aap order kar saktay hain. Jese hi aap check in kartay hai, room main anay k baad tv per channel 1 hai Jahan QR code hai complete menu list ka.

As a walker it’s really far it’s better to find hotels close by haram shreef people who are old it’s not worth it

It depends on personal choice, budget and preference, for example some people spend time at haram from zuhr to isha whereas some comes five times daily. For the latter they may use shuttle busses, for others they can walk or choose a combination of shuttle and walk depending on various factors such as ( Body mobility, age, weather, etc ).
Further I want to add that the shuttle service they offer are far more better than other comparable hotels.
