    The most important question: how heart rate monitoring behaves on high intensity workouts? Because for most of the Xiomi watches there is common problem with HR monitoring in workouts - it just drops lower than actual for some random reason in some scenarios. For example - your review on Amazfit gts 2e a year ago. Do you have verdict on precision for this watch?

    Thanks for the great video. I really enjoy your reviews. You released this video 5 hours before my Garmin died. Perfect timing. The Garmin's plastic case broke at the wrist strap, so that won't be a problem with the metal frame on this watch . The Pro was tempting but decided the extra money didn't give me anything I really needed. I will say that it's a little tricky to take advantage of all of the features right out of the box, but there no shortage of information on line that covers pretty much everything. I did read quite a few reviews about the heart rate accuracy on this watch, but found that if you wear it properly it's fairly accurate for moderate intensity workouts.

      Thx for the feedback. Unfortunate re Garmin.. it seems their quality is not what it used to be

    Bought GTR3 month ago and I must admit it's much better than Venu 2 (which I bought before and returned to the store). Thank you for video and recommendation!

      Another comment said Venu 2 has better battery. 11 days with Venu 2 is not better than 21 days from the GTR 3.

    Great review and amazing looking watch! Does it have a body battery like Garmin? And does it predict training load? Thanks

      Nope😔

      @@WesKnows Actually the GTR3 does measure (TE) training effect, recovery time and training load based on on EPOC. The only thing I don’t see is body battery, but then that could all be be interpreted in the stress level tab.

    Currently have Samsung Gear S3 and looking to change. Galaxy 4 is a no go as battery is awful, likewise ticwatch E3 I think. Then the Amazfit GTS 2 I like that Apple look or the GTR 3 Pro. With the Pro, is it really worth it over the GTS 2? I like the virtual Pacer idea, but will I use it! Neither have NFC which is annoying but then likely to have phone with me. Wear OS/playstore seems good, but come on, who really is going to use watch apps on a tiny screen when most of us will have our phones with us anyway. So GTS 2 or GTR 3 Pro.....or GTR 2?

    • @spikeweb5193
      @spikeweb5193 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Venu 2 or 2 plus

    • @tiffenberg
      @tiffenberg 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      At £400 I think not! Whilst I like tech, I just don't see the value in spending stupid money on a smartwatch, that has poor battery, lasts a few years and that you can't really use the functionality that is sold to us. The screen is too small to use to that extent, when we will have our phone with us the majority of the time, with its bigger more practical screen size.

      @michael_pamelabryner_hart7613 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@tiffenberg I agree with you, and spending that much money on a watch that could possibly cost more than the phone you have is kind of hmmm... I just ordered the GTR 3 on Amazfit for $119. I would never pay more than $150 for a watch.
