    I did all the steps you did, but I don't know why I can't see the God Rays.... I've tried to do in "exterior" ... light from inside the room, but nothing...no rays! Can you help me?

    Am very New to corona renderer.. Just want to know that like in c4d basic renderer there is an option for physical render and global illumination For more realistic views why people not use any of them in corona? Please Reply

    • @gogolerius
      @gogolerius  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Mobo. Standart render and Phsical render are each options to render your scene and they are native renderers for C4d. Also GI that you mean belongs to native renderers. Corona is 3. party render option like Octane, Arnold, Vray... GI(Global Illumination) is a render option about calculating light parametres like bounce. You can activate Gi for standart or physical render. 3. party renderers have their own Gi options. but for some of them you dont need to active it. because It doesnt give you an option about it. but when you render it calculate it at the background. Corona calculate Gi automatically too.

    Does that point light really necessary in order to get that volumetric light?

    • @gogolerius
      @gogolerius  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi. If there is no enough light in your scene you cant get volumetric well. I used sun light to get it. area light is for only lighting the interior elements

    Hey man im very new to Corona, and was trying out a headlights streaking through a volumetric cube

    but i cant seem to get that effect

    • @gogolerius
      @gogolerius  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi. you can use corona sun to get lighting or volume. at the same time u can use hdri image to show it from any windows. to show it you should uncheck/check some visible options of the lights at the attribute manager.

    Thanks for your job! Just few days ago I made similar tutorial for Redshift. I think, more faster render you'll get with Redshift. Why you use Corona?

    • @gogolerius
      @gogolerius  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you very much SV. I looked your videos newly. All they are great. maybe they will help me so much to learn redshift. yes you are right as possible. I use corona and octane. specially corona because I think I hate node editor to get ready the materials.

      :-) You know, I start use Redshift, because there are nodes :-)) Now I start learn UE4 - there are nodes (not Unity...) My personal opinion - node system - very useful and easy for learning! But anyway you are doing good jobs! Thanks! I try to check all C4D tutorials to get more experience!
