why is the VCC of the fire detector going into VIN of the ESP32? Why isnt it going to 5V or 3V pin?
There is not 5V pin in this esp32 board. In Vin pin, you get 5V. You can also provide external 5V to sensor.

Hi,
Connect the any side of resistor to led positive pin and other side or resistor to the NodeMCU board.
Connect the GND pin of led to the gnd of the NodeMCU board. That’s it.

You can use resistor between 330 ohm to 1k.

1. In the programming code, it says "define fire 23". What does the "23" means?
2. While I'm testing my fire detector, why do the widgets can't be back to the default (can't be back to zero)? It always stuck in "1" or it seems like it always detects fire even though there are no fire around the sensor
Check your fire sensor.

It may be due to fire sensor.
So Check your fire sensor active high or active low? And make little change as per your sensor.
Also hide the fire sensor from direct light.

Smoke sensor is analog sensor, so you can connect it to Analog pin and in the similar way you can add it in to the code.
Sir if led and resistor is separated we have to connect tell me in detail sir .please then how we have to connect green led and red led and resistor
Connect the one side of the resister to positive pin of led and other side to the board. Connect the negative pin of led to GND.
It’s simple
How I get to know whether it is active high or active low
Connect the voltage & ground pin to fire sensor & chek. The output pin what voltage it gives to you through multimeter. If it gives 5V or near 5V while sensing the fire, then it’s active high otherwise active low.

@@TulasiSneha-jk5ib maximum ESP32 based board are based on CP2102 driver. try to install this driver. If you want to install ESP32 board in Arduino IDE, then link is available in the video description.

I followed your instructions to the letter, when I try unfortunately as soon as I send maximum 8 notifications I can't send another one it shows me (The events limit reached. You will no longer get new events today. What does it mean?) However I checked 1 notification every minute) and I have only sent 8 notifications. Your help will be really useful. Please tell me how to fix this problem. Thanks in advance
Hi,
In the free version, there is limit to receive the notification. If you want more notification, then either you buy pro version of blynk services or you can change the time for alert like hour.

Just to inform you I live in Algeria unfortunately our currency is a monkey currency it does not exceed the limit of our borders even forbidden to get foreign currency to buy anything in foreign currency except those who govern us they open right to everything. Sir why u have been using esp32 board instead of using Arduino board
If you want all data logged in to the cloud then you need any wifi or GPRS module. so I have used the wifi board.
I cant seem to get it to work on Wokwi

Sir I am facing a problem. All of my components are working fine yet my flame detector is not detecting the flame even though it's green built-in led is on. The other built-in led is off. In the serial monitor fire level is showing 1 and even if I have made the necessary change in condition it is still not working. Please help
It may be issue with IR sensor. So you need to test the IR sensor is working or not?

Change the interval time of the alert in the events.
Watch the each steps of the video to create events & set the time for the event.

There may be limit of events in freeware. So it may be due to limit.
