Windows must not bring any update until its checked, and even after checking they must not bring update to all user at once, instead they must bring an update to a specific number of users and later rollout to all to avoid these problems in futures.
Make sure you switch to the C drive as it may default to the X drive at first. Typing C: and pressing enter will change it from X Drive to C Drive. Then you can browse to the correct folders and find the file.

I just tried it it says for me file not found im not sure what to do
