Hey Chad - would be wicked if you were able to re-visit the carbon Silvia occasionally. Would love to see updates on the build and follow its journey into D1 up in Japan. 👍👍
REALLY enjoying the CB One Takes! Considering the cost of all that carbon fiber and the fact that the cars often sustain damage, I'm guessing that they have quite the racing budget! Once again, thanks for sharing Chad! As Always, May God Bless you and yours! 😇
Japanese Government Restrictions on their cars are crazy not to mention the Japan's Median age is near 50 years old Those 90's-00's jdm boys are now 50 😂😂😂
Chad, Hope to see more of what looks to be a 77 Celica. My first car was my Dad's 77 Gt with the 20R. Heavy and slow but did chirp the tires in reverse!
Chad, please follow this build. i would love to see how it comes out. Maybe score a test ride?? Like everyone else, i am amazed at all the 1000hp cars in the shop.
You totally miss the super cool white corolla there, it's one of Pond's drift car for his drift student. It has 3UZ, totally converted to rear wheel drive and nissan skyline suspension. You should totally check that out ✌️
Idk if I am treading on a thin line when I say this but I find it very interesting see the trajectory of performance innovation. Japan, once being the vanguard of performance appears to be in a contemplative recess. I'm seeing a lot of regions such as Australia and Thailand seem to be growing hella fast with an excitement for cars. I really think this can only be a testament to the ever-shifting and advancing epicenter of automotive performance and craftsmanship. Like I study in Australia and see so many clean builds, the workmanship in some of these places is truly other-worldly, borderline porn almost lol
Hi! Do you believe a GT3 kit for a BENTLEY continental GT in carbon fibre is something we can find in Thailand??? DDE the Canadian channel are looking for this...
Pretty sure that Blue Celica just inside the door is a 1976 or 1977. Possibly a 1975 being it is foreign market one. I had a 1977 Celic ST. Unfortunately an automatic, but the 20R drive train was bulletproof.
Hey Chad, I'm seeing quite a few solid shops popping up in Thailand and doing lots of bespoke work, do they work on other more simple street cars for clients, if so what are the rates like? it would be cool to ship a car from Japan to Thailand to get worked on and built if it makes sense financially that is. Local US shops charge tons hourly and the work is subpar.
😂 we have over 40 tracks in japan if not double , that said I would say no, even my local Nikko has events almost every day 😂 but points for the catchy title..,,
Bro abandoned the OG CB media channel lol. I'm a loyal follower regardless. Just found it funny I don't see any more notifications for the other channel.
1000hp + drift carsseemingly becoming “commonplace” still boggles my mind sometimes, having grown up watching D1GP and seeing the Kei Office or HKS S15’s with 450hp, which were of course, at the time, professional level drift cars. Now everything seems like it has to have at least 1000hp..
I love how the trunk is vented where the back window is. Exhaust is something ive never seen. Thanks for opening the hood. Weight reduction is like a form now. Weight reduction makes these cars like a origami paper.
"is it unlocked? yepp." I laughed. Now or never I guess. haha which is true. It was like this when I was in Taiwan and Japan. I saw something and I got to know people but still. its up to you to look at stuff or you never will in some cases.
Hi Chad. Thank you for being.
... and thank you for all the rest along))
Appreciated ))
Love your stuff

Looks like one of those unassuming shops you’d drive by but walk in and see all these 1,000+ HP machines.
I’d love to try that drift school!
What drift school?

@Chad, we want to see you do the Drive to Drift. I would be great content.
Very nice, tell us about the law on the public streets and the speed limit?
That car could compete any were there's formula drift! With the right driver that is!

Very catchy
@CD1TAKE I believe you. Brother you are living the life you would know. Thank you for another sick video!

Is that intake manifold good for 1000hp?

Saying that one scene is superior to another is pretty subjective. I just choose to enjoy the cars!

1Take is the bomb
I love how nearly 99% of cars have over 1000 bhp like it's just MEH only 1000
Was it camo or forged carbon fiber?
Hi
That is a nice drift car. Doesn't weight much with that body. But how long before it is wrecked. Just saying

that's awesome but i bet that took Forever to complete, if it ever was.
YES Chad take the drift school and let us see you squeeze into a drift car and smoke some tires.
Sick Celica T23 shame you didnt look at engine ... Your bang on Thailand has better drift cars been like that for a few years bro
Chad you rock! Peace
Thailand doesn’t have the best drift scene in Southeast Asia. They have the best drift scene in THE WORLD
Yup. Far better than indo
Parts are cheaper try buying it from Japan
