Hey so I ordered 1 I sent it back. The 1 I got had a watapp as a technical support number I didn't like that but I thought it was a counterfeit. So is there number a wattapp as a support number???
Which tool was it? And was a number of the tool? From what i was recently told is launch is based out of china, so launch usa is just a sub company of launchCN so that might be the reason for the number beings a whatsapp number to keep from being charger for calling out the country or what not but i will get some information on that for you, i havent needed to contact tech support being that i deal with my rep directly
