The last fish I had was a Jack Dempsey…the place where I bought him said he was friendly. He killed and ate everything else in the tank. If I don’t feed him right on time he spit water at me. I named him Jack after Jack the Ripper…he had a lot of personality.
@@BodgieFromStraya For me it was the height! One of the tallest tanks I've seen! You must have a hard time getting right down to the bottom when doing mainenance!

I'm going to be setting up a 55g community tank piece by piece as things go on sale. Few questions...I've decided on green neon tetras for schooling, honey guaramis for decorative fish and otocinclus. I'll have a 75g seachem tidal 75 HOB, Hyger LEDs, course gravel for substrate and real driftwood. The only live plants will be frogbit and salvinia cucullata. About how many of each fish do you thinkbi should get without even coming close to overstocking. The only fish chg I might make is go from honey guaramis to pearl guaramis ...any feedback would be appreciated

3 years ago when i got my Marineland 38 gallon bow front aquarium kit it came with a the Marineland 200 Watt. heater for Aquariums Up to 55 Gallons could I use the 300 Watt TH-0300 Titanium (Heater Element Only) w/Guard (40-80 Gallon) - Finnex since i already own the Finnex controller My Tank Size: 17.125" Deep; 32.25" Wide; 25.719 " High -38 Gallon Bow Front Aquarium ??
Always imagined Bodgee to be a overweight 40 something who sports a Jacky Howe and a pair of king gees that are 2 sizes too small and loves to chuck them old budgie smugglers on when looking for beach attire.🤣. Great fishroom tour. Thanks Guys.

The black widow tetras are nice. I managed to breed them once, and got 1 baby from them. The Bettas are what I am trying to get atm.
