In this episode of Building with Boca, Boca builds up a town for Halloween! With some help from The Pumpkin King, he completes a hat shop. It even has custom Halloween-themed hats! While building the Halloween Town, Boca also finishes Flo's apartment in her flower shop, Flo-wers! :D
