The majority of Muslims don't know about these ridiculous verses and hadiths and they believe that Islam gave women dignity and achieved equity! I remember when I started learning about these things when I became religious it made me so angry and upset. I argued once with my Fekh teacher who accused me with infidelity and asked me to apologise and show regret. It's even more humiliating to see how women accept this shit and become so protective over it!!!

It just means that Islamic morality is relativistic. There is no concept of good and evil. All the rewards in heaven were once considered "Najas from shaytan"(devil's filth) but some that same filth is a just reward for the best of mankind.
"Good" and "evil" are both subjective terms and mere opinions, therefore, morality is pretty useless when it comes to creating a world without most of the experiences we have today. We should concentrate ourselfs on 'what is actually True' instead.
