Hey guys I hope ya'll didn't eat those fish you caught out of Lake Worth....... My dad was raised in Lake Worth he raised us about 25 miles S. West in Joshua. Mercury levels and a lot of other toxic stuff have always been very high in the lake.

I'm just learning and trying jug line fishing. I have a couple 1 gallon jugs and pvc pipe & noodle lines rigged up. I'm not trying to catch giants, just eat able size cats. My question is: will the catfish pull the jugs/floats under water or do they stay afloat the entire fight?

They will pull the jugs under water it just depends on the size big boys will take them under water but eventually will wear them out and they will just come up to the surface little one will usually carry them around but so do the big ones

Where we fish we haven't had any problems. We have been stop by game warden so many times and never said anything to us about it there solid white on the inside and just the red float on the out

Not legal in lake worth to fish like that, pole fishing and cast nets for bait fish are fine but that shit is illegal

@@TxMafiaFishing-Outdoors so I spoke with a few friend in the Game Warden and they said the officer who last spoke with me was incorrect but Jug-lines must be marked with a white free-floating device and must bear a gear tag with the angler's name, address, and date the jug was set out. & you have a limit of 5 catfish at any length in lake worth
