do person conquest on 4-5 toons at 80 to max out medals of commendations at 999. Buy 1 full set of 320 gear from conquest vendor. Then do world bosses/heroics/daily planets for aquatic resource matrix's. Then do weekly GSF 3 times on each toon, they are able to get back to back to back don't have to wait reset next day. Each will give you 322 blue which can instantly upgraded to 324 then 326. so 3 pieces of gear on each toon that's 12-15 pieces of purple 326 gear. This is the fastest way to gear to 326 and its purple not green which means its a bit better.
So yes and no this can and can't be as fast depending on your group you get. So you can do GSF for the 1 piece of gear you get from the weekly which can be upgrade. It is 4 points to get the weekly done, if you win 2 games you get it which take about 10-13mins. Also if the ques are slow you can wait up to 10 mins for ques to pop. You get 60 upgraded tokens, which means you can upgrade once. So you need 2 weeklies to get upgrade from 322 to 326 from GSF. If your RNG is lucky you won't double up on gear. World bosses are also slower then heroics as well. So yes this can help gearing, but it will also take a while too. The nice bonus is the 1k tech frags from the weekly GSF.
I’ve been preaching this on reddit and the forums for weeks leading up to the game. I’m playing with 3 Sorc healers and I’m GS 324 with just a few items shy of full ilev 324 and both implants at 328 currently. Before 7.0 I made sure to stockpile all boxes for tech frags and leveled to 80 3x in under 45min doing the first 3 major quests in the story with an xp booster, guild xp max, and DvL armor set equaling 4B xp per mission. Than jumped right into the grind with all 3 Sorcs. I hope your video gets passed around more b/c it’s absolutely the best way to gear in 7.0. 3x the rewards to deck out 1 combat style
Thank you very much, and that is a great idea to have stock piled boxes for tech frags. The GSF weekly gives 1k tech frags which is great if people are short as well.
@@firmbutfairgaming8636 another thing you can do if short on Tech Fragments is to go and buy the weekly DS or LS Galattic Command Crates. You can buy one for 100 DS or LS Tokens and infact they only contain Tech Fragments now ^^ 400 of them. Sadly it's a pain to collect them tokens....but cap is 100 (per character) anyhows and in most cases people don't even look at those :)
4B xp per mission?!, when doing onderon i only got 1.4 mil or something and same with mek-sha and i also used all the XP boosts you are using... how did u get 4B per mission?
@@TehHolyCrown At level 75 I took an old DvL set with the 50%xp 6set bonus, used a 1hr 25% booster, my guild has a 25%xp boost, unlocked the story xp booster in Legacy for another 25% and once I completed that first mission for LotS I got over 4B xp which put me at 77.5% from 75. After which the Armor bonus stopped working after hitting 76 but the bonus was already factored in. After that I just completed 2 more story quests and hit 80 in under 25min. I did that on all 3 level 75 Sorcs. I have yet to complete the story or travel to Nul. I since than been grinding for a full set of 330 Rakata, once completed I'll finish the story
Just curious what’s the deal with force cloak now.. I’ve used it a few times against mobs and I just don’t go stealth.. seems like a waste of an ability now?
Very true if that is the case stealthing has become definitely less important. I have notice mobs can see you as well and even if you mind control them it still brings you out of stealth (which I find doesn't make sense)

When I played forever ago I was lost about buying new abilities and see now the ability vendors are essentially useless. I think I would be helped most by initial walkthrough like- here’s where to focus your time on most when starting, here’s what to grind, here are paths that you can take to meet your end game goals, here are the end game goals and other options to explore- Anything of that would help me greatly. So, I keep seeing people go to fleet and the vendors have items. But I get a message when I click on a vendor that says there are no items available. What do I have to do to access the vendors? I hit 80, bought the Legendary Implant, and still nothing.
So each vendor needs certain gear. If you go to the flashpoint vendor you must have gear that has dropped from flashpoints. If you buy Conquest gear you can then go to vendor beside to upgrade the conquest gear.
This is by far NOT the faster way to gear up :) best way is to do mainly GSF and only little heroics required for PVP gear. Here is what you do: 1. The greatest advantage of PvP crates is they GUARANTEE, an upgrade of your LOWEST rated piece. 2. So you want to use pvp and heroics currency to buy and upgrade you gear to 324 only and never past that! 3. Then you open pvp crates and each time you put on the newly found 326 piece on you and this way you will not get repeated piece. 4. So you play GSF on multiple toons and buy and upgrade gear only on one character. 5. After you open up pvp crates you pass all that 324 AND 326 gear to next character so that you open more pvp crates and get gear only for pieces you don’t have 326 test. 6. Oh and first thing always buy the implants with special bonuses. They are 326 from the vendor.
I do both, conquest will only be green gear, and Fp will be a little better, also the GSF ones will be purple which is a little better yet. Also if you mix and match you can hope you don't over lap gear and can benefit from using different resources.
Would be nice if Bioware didn't put a damn weekly cap on materials. The closest I got this week was 324 with 2 legendary implants and the rest upgrading noble decurion with 999 Aquatic resource saved up. The cap is so stupid. If people want to get max gear fast. Then let them do it. Doesn't take away the fun of the game. Placing limits on the player is more likely to have them unsubscribe. If the player get's bored. They usually keep their sub and just play something else. Both benefit regardless.

Ya I am not a huge fan of time gating. I get they don't want people to be max level in first day but if people want to grind it out I still say let them. I do like the idea of combat styles. I would have made a few tweaks to it though.
So basically synweathing crew skill to craft gear has become even more pointless than it was. But maybe they'll change it so the highest gear can actually be crafted.....
@@firmbutfairgaming8636 Very little, in fact. 1 gsf weekly grants you a guaranteed upgrade to what you already have and nearly enough aquatics and other currency to cover a second. You would need to do very little in lieu of Aquatics farming for 6 guaranteed upgrades for 6-12 starfighter matches at 15min a match. The gear granted by GSF is also better than the Columi gear from HM Ops.
I found out that assa gear conquest green and fp green gear. Have the same stats. I am confused. Then it is simple to farm conquest Gear not fp Gear in green

Personally? I found Galactic Starfighter to be the fastest and best way to gear up toons after I geared up my 1st one. I got a set of adaptive gear to 324 and 2 implants that are 326 - I keep them in my legacy vault for when I level a toon then I equip the whole set to my newly leveled toon, and use my Warzone medals to buy my weapon and offhand and boost them to 326. Then when I do GSF and do 12 matches, I have 3 pieces of guaranteed 326 purple gear - If I wanna get 3 more I do PVP as well and try to get 1 weekly per day and in roughly 2 weeks, I am fully geared out, or if im unlucky with the Earpiece and Relics, I just use the vast amounts of WZ accomindations and do a few heroics for the Daily Matrix's and voila, full 326 PURPLE in very little time.

Ya I am not sure if they made some mobs see stealth. As I have used it and works and sometimes not works.
i was reading something that said stealthing out of combat has changed (meaning you don't go out) to stop some WB cheesing mech.

My issue right now is trying to find enough decursion isotopes. That stuff is horribly slow going. I am trying to find a better source to get it.

Ya when using the GSF the matrix cost is a lot less so that is very helpfuly
gsf is the fastest way to gear. 2-4 matches per weekly... 1 guaranteed upgrade per weekly, 3 weeklies per toon.
GSF does help gear you will have to do heroics for the currency to upgrade the gear.

So once you make it 322, you can then make that piece 324 and then 326. It is upgrading a single piece at a time

FP's also can drop blue which when upgrading I believe turn purple at 324.

I am an assa and I run red reaper in hm all the time and can gear fast. It's easy. Each hm red reaper I need 20 minutes it's easy;)

No solo can't get max gear. But you can do all solo content with 326
