I actually just rolled a quad/faster fire rate pepper shaker so I’m looking forward to using it. Actually kinda like it better with shotgun shells. Slightly less damage but less of a headache to get ammo for it. Excellent for grounding the queen during scorched earth.

First of not using a bloody weapon so he’s not bloody. Secondly, radical gives you extra strength. He’s not using any kind of weapon that benefits from strength assuming he doesn’t actually need more cherry and the point can be better use elsewhere that explain why there’s no radical the time you really need radical is if you need more strength either for your weapon damage or your weightdoesn’t help you in any other way so why would he need it on this bill?
The strength is all messed up as someone who been using the pepper shaker since day 1 and the first to find out the pepper shaker stacks the strangler dmg you would have rank 3 shotgun cards and rank 2 of heavy gunner cards as the problems can all be fix if u roll a bffr reload
Try this with strangler heart word on the street og strangler let’s pepper shaker stack acid on enemies and on pvp also a two shot ffr with formula p does work with the acid would love to see you try it out

@@AngryTurtleI believe the elemental DMG is bugged right now. I was almost instantly downed by an assaultron at White springs while running ricochet, vamp wep and full card of sizzling style while in a full set of OE PA. Not sure if there will be new perk cards to mitigate this new NPC energy buff.

Pepper shaker is both a shotgun and a heavy gun, and both shotgun reload perk and heavy gun reload perk stack. Is also the reason he has both shotgun cards and heavy weapon damage cards. The rifle/pistol reload perk under perception won’t work on this build.

I would say that this a good tank/support build, but to go in alone and face all enemies... umm.. you will kill them eventually but you are better off with something else :D ... I have a Vampire's one with one barrel to maximize healing, and it heals me very fast... Holy Fire is slghtly faster than the Shaker but nonetheless it is a solid weapon for support... one of the best i think
It’s a cool unique weapon but the damage is lackluster, has spin up time, small magazine without quad, no explosive bullets even with shotgun shells… idk, I just think it’s kinda mediocre over-all.
Well, that was a nice attempt to push PS to its limits damage-wise. And it failed (I'm sorry, Turtle). This gun is just for crippling and making a cool laser show in the sky for all the other guys to enjoy.
That was not a min max shaker build you can definitely push it much farther best I've done is 5 shots on lvl 100 super mutants with full adrenalin going but it will never be a top meta build if that is what you're looking for.
@@StationroadRatrodsI rolled a B 25 25 groll variant and with my build it slaps and nothing is left standing after a shot or two then just mop up the leftovers but as I said it will never be a top meta weapon

Is there a nerf to junkies build? 30% is the best I can do because my gun caps at 30%! I look on my addiction and I have three. Alcohol,buffout, and psycho but my mentatats disappeared and overdrive vanished so my junkies is now stuck with 30%! Was there a nerf?
temporarily suppressing addiction by taking a chem you are addicted to will cause addiction to do not count, only addictions that you actively suffer from counts and yes it wasn't like that in the past
I have noticed since going back to this game this week as a low level 53 player now that the meta is super heavy in a game where it doesnt penalized you for dying. 99 percent of people only run bloodied and pa armor and most people are level 300 plus. I noticed zero variety in builds which is surprising.
Nope, it's not like that. You can still make very efficient builds for bows, pistols, rifles, launchers, shotguns and so on. Commando and PA heavy are just really comfy builds with too many synergies, that's why they are on the top.
Most people run bloodied because of how powerful unyielding armor is and how ridiculous nerd rage and adrenal reaction are for damage increases. Having like 30+ of each special all the time so you can carry like 400+ weight, have a ton of AP and instant crit meter charge in VATS is extremely useful. Lots of guns are viable though, I rotate through a whole bunch so I don't get bored. There are people who play exclusively full health builds as well, you just need to find the right weapon rolls to support your damage output.
@@Havealifeman There're is one important choice for any aspiring shotgun enjoyer - cold shoulder or gauss shotgun? You'd have to either farm PItt for stamps to get cold shoulder or collect gold for gauss shotty and mods. When you get one of those, life changes completely. As for build - I prefer to combine all shotgun damage perks, skeet shooter, nerd rage, adrenaline and critical savvy to crit every second shot with cold shoulder. Armor - full unyielding set (I know I'm not original) + secret service underarmor. It's a VATS build, but you'll be pleasently surprised by DPS of cold shoulder. If you change receiver to primed, it's going to rip into shreds not only cryptids, but scorched and scorchbeasts too. It's extremely ammo-efficient as well. If you decide to go with gauss shotty, you'd have to add explosive expert into INT. You can add grenadier, but I advice against it, because people will hate you and you'll get eyebleeding and seizures from all the flashes. The biggest downside is getting to this point, basic shotguns are meh at best. Crowd Control that drops from Eviction Notice might carry you for some time, it's not uncommon to find in player vendors for reasonable price. You might get lucky and find bloodied combat shotgun (perfect for stealth if you put suppressor on it) or quad explosive double barreled shotgun (it's gauss shotgun's little brother). Also, old pal Bellhop might give you Fancy Pump-action shotgun. which is totally solid (AA + it holds 7 shells and cripples enemies even without enforcer card). What else? Oh, avoid that piece of trash Kabloom. You'll get killed a lot by poison DoT from your own explosions.
Not worth it , it's just 25% damage but with a ridiculous loss on accuracy and recoil. Two shot doubles damage but only for certain weapons that have explosive shells ( not Explosive 2** ). And even then you have to know that the accuracy loss is still there , at longer ranges the projectile will fly off in another direction
If it’s been pulled from the stamp vendor then it’s unavailable atm. It was previously a score board reward before heading to that vendor. I know there was a problem with some stamp vendor plans not unlocking correctly. I’m sure the plans will be back eventually.
The first hard part is getting the mutagen, not many ppl sellign them is absurd, and 20k (17500 I think with high charisma) is still huge expensive. next is havign all that perks... and then next is the reroll for weapons... I managed tog et bloodied but the other legendary effects are meh. But I want break from railway monotony a bit... EDIT: I were hyped for the weapon... but seem junkkk, grinded that damn event just for it. ;; whata disappointment tho oh well next weapon... if cant kill a normal scorchbeast go figure fighting earl and the queen with this. People should test weapon on tanky end game bosses not normal enemies, we can kill normal enemies with a candle too...

Atm when dealing dmg it doesnt show the taking one for the team in the dmg numbers but does show the dmg in the enemys health bar

Hmm i rolled a quad earlier, would like a vamp but im still missing two pieces of overeaters power armor.
With a piece or 2 of overeaters and a vamp I find I’m not able to die lol even with multiple conduits

With his set up you can add three intelligence and remove first aid to gain an additional 30% damage by add each level 2 science perk card.
