yesterday, I found a Q faster fire rate faster reload bow in a vendor and bought it bc iirc, those couldn't be on a bow for a long time and hey, it's a huge meme, it literally behaves exactly the same as a non legendary bow! it's absolutely hilarious and I love it :D Quad simply shows 4/1 in the bottom right but as you pull out an arrow every time, it just goes to 0 and 4 again. reload - same animation as without. ffr - same speed as without 😂 edit: typos

So, fun fact the Thirst zapper can be even more op, because there is a way to actually fire 4 projectiles at once (actually 2 in rapid succession) all you gotta do is quickly ads after shooting and you will shoot a second time
@@xHARDCORE5150x it applies with pretty much any launcher / single fire weapon, its less effective on the bow since the second shot will deal less dmg, but the nade launcher, auto nade launcher, and even the fat man are affected by this

Bethesda needs to buff all late game weapons, I went to destiny 2 and playing that game feels incredible in comparison to 76. 76 feels like you get punished the longer you play.
Very interesting combinations. I liked the bow and the zapper. I've learned the plans to craft a bunch of box mods, but I'm super low on modules, and I don't have the time to run Expeditions or do more than a few events a day, so it's gonna take me a while to amass enough modules to start experimenting with these weird combinations.

Last Shot also works on bow and crossbow. I haven't tried it on other single shot weapons like BP Rifle or Dragon or assaultron head yet. And I haven't tried reload speed on bows and crossbows. I also wonder if quad works for assaaultron head to allow fast charge capacity of 20 charges instead of 5, then add last shot + reload speed.
Funny I was just messing with poison explosive bow last night. Fun thing about it is you can shoot at your feet to poison yourself and pop a stim and you won't die. I've been doing it with unyielding armor to take advantage of that without getting rid of what rads
The new options with legendary crafting will add plenty of fun to the game. I have an AA last shot gauss rifle that I've been meaning to try out. Thanks for the video.
You could make a bandolier of them now, though.... carry like four and you've got an obscene amount of damage that you have to spend half an hour reloading between fights.
I made my Thirst Zapper legendary (random 3 stars) for the first time: first roll already a Quad + 3 strength 🤩. I changed the (nice) second star to explosive - this thing is so funny 😅! Then I crafted a compound bow, first random legendary roll already a TS 😬. I modded it with explosive and poison - this bow is absolutely funny!! I killed myself 3 times in a row because distance to enemy was too short, I exploded and was poisoned at the same time, although being a full health 😂. Incredibly funny 🤣! BUT, when you get a nice shot from a certain distance, this bow is absolutly insane - love it, thank you Turtle! I changed my build now to bow/melee (auto axe) - fantastic 🤩!
You can totally do a forceful stock on the plasma gun and have the same effect and have the benefits of commando. What I’ve also noticed is the range seems to be unlimited with such. It’s fun to use!
I think the legendary crafting update made all legendary effects possible to drop on guns cuz I got a Quad explosive fat man yesterday. Was tempted to try it but scrapped to try and learn quad or explosive.

I don't know how many people know about this but if you still have the quest that gives you the ticket to revenge it is currently giving the pre nerf pts version rather than the newer one, I have it right now and it's crazy, I don't know if it's a bug or not but it probably is
My "Ticket to Revenge" Is still a turd. It can stagger a target,...before they kill me. Bethesda has it as a support issue and says "Don't trash it!" They say they are going to fix it's missing Legendary qualities but I'm starting to have my doubts. I pick up fusion cores and they don't show in inventory as well. If this was a wet dream,...Bethesda would be all over it.
I crafted a Vampires, explosive plasma rifle VATS enhanced and with a 300-shot capacity you only have to touch the trigger, and overgrownand super mutants drop like stones, it almost seems unfair...but fun.
I always wanted these crazy combos, it reminds me of the FO4's modded sessions that I used to have. BTW, the fire mod on the bow is as strong as poison and I am curious if the faster reload legendary can affect the draw speed of the bow.

The Burning Love bow from the Tunnel of Love event, already with Flaming arrows, will AoE everything around it with fire DoT damage. Havent logged my Bow character on and do not have explosive mods sadly to see if you can add it or change that bow at all...
This new legendary crafting is really awesome! I did find out today, to my dismay, that the Explosive legendary mod, on the Cryolator, doesn't seem to do anything. I equipped it on my Quad. And I lost faster fire rate, so I'll have to wait, until I learn that mod, to get it back, LOL! Oh well, we won't learn, until we try, LOL!
Yup I have been using a Bloodied Poison Arrow Compound bow to one shot almost everything. Sadly Bots don't poison, so I need to use a Bloodied Compound Bow with Ultracite arrows for them. I haven't learned many good things yet, so the above are just looted items not made by me.
I just can't believe they gave us two shot cremator. I was lucky enough to learn how to create two shot mod boxes so that was the first thing I did after I scrapped my pile of legendaries I had saved up.
omg that 2shot last round frl is gonna be my new toy, there is something with non auto weapons weapons you can do, that i dont want to share so it can get patched, would double the damage again virtually... and imagine doing a VATs crit with that weapon.
2 shot may be the best prefix for full health on cremator now. I didn't consider this. I have that exact M79 and thirst zapper. If you use the double shot trick, with the M79, you're getting 4 grenades for 1, which ammo for ammo, is more powerful than nuka launcher per shot. The thirst zapper with double shot is just absolutely devastating. And I'm not playing bloodied. A "poison gas" bow is also on my list.

I kind of feel like god roll weapons are becoming just ordinary with this new system. If there is no "holy grail" to shoot for, I feel pretty underwhelmed getting one now. There is almost nothing rare or difficult to get in the game anymore other than a few outfits and plans. You don't have to grind rep to get a plasma caster or gauss minigun, just get it form Minerva. You don't have to grind for god roll weapons, just buy or craft box mods. It's become too easy IMO.

But probably it would be worth to mention that with all things in the game that provide fun - Bethesda will remove it soon, maybe deliberately, or by (oops) accident again - releasing a new overhyped patch. I generally stick with instigating on bows as most things fall in one hit if I get them from stealth while they are at 100% health. Terrible in events, with people tagging everything, but great for actually playing solo.
I think testing this stuff with bloodied is kinda unfair. Like yeah, ofc your sneak attack with a TS thirst zapper is gonna kill a super mutant one shot if you are bloodied.

Got a 'Faster reload' Powerfist yesterday. Didn't know items were spawning with useless legendary effects, I mean more than usual anyway.
Quad on gatling plasma can give you 2000 shots per core and 2500 shots for gatling laser.

Just so you know, its considered a launcher card wise so it wont take bonuses from gunslinger cards. Still fun and powerful though.

Try fire arrows most of the time you don't have to hit the target. LVL 50 die a few seconds after the shot.

put a last shot on a compound bow for extra damage. a bloody sniper build with a bow is great for picking off most things.

I think testing this stuff with bloodied is kinda unfair.
Like yeah, ofc your sneak attack with a TS thirst zapper is gonna kill a super mutant one shot if you are bloodied.

I think they already fixed the thirst zapper. I couldnt get the same effect on mine
I got a quad fatman, its interesting, you can reload it 4 times then it shoots like a semi auto. Its fun, not that powerful

I had quad bow drop from an enemy and I found it hilarious how the ammo display goes 4-3-2-1/x while it acts like any other bow.
Wish they would make the bow right handed.. if you’re right handed you hold a bow in your left hand not your right. Come on Bethesda. All weapons should be able to be held in both hands for left handed people too all games should be like that…
but they said explsive with plasma flamer and flamer don t actually work...
that's the trick with pulse capacitor it changes the flame to small projectiles
