Most packs in Wizard101 are not worth it for a number of reasons - bad gear, bad drop rates, diluted drops, they're meant for side activities that suck, etc. but there are three entries that I thought were good enough to make this list. I don't endorse the current pack model, but these are the best three picks to spend your crowns on in my opinion!

I like that they made an equivalent to Xibalba/Hunhau for the people who don't want to do CS (I still want to do that shit bc I hate myself 🗣) but it's unfortunate how the only way to get it is by gambling/whaling on packs.
The fairy pack wands at lvl 100 are KS wand but +1 damage!

The fanciful fairy kei hoard pack got me a perm mount second try i really recommend, and for myth the boots can be arguably better than darkmoor

i use the incindiate strat on a myth with my friend i mass incindiated and it still did like 20k with mass feint its crazy

You can't purchase the Wallaru world pack unless you actually complete the Nightmare Dungeon

I appreciate it, but my problem with frills and the reason why I've never tried to make one is because I do not have multiple steak dinners' worth of crowns to spend in an effort to get the mount
do you know which pack gives meteor spellements? also i dont see the event spellement pack in crown shop
Event pack does give them, you'll find it in the booster pack section
