We went through the same thing at Colorado too. There were times when news came out that he was watching film, going to class, showing up to meetings. A few days later, he was not part of the team anymore.
He needs a team to surround him whose only goal is to forward his career, not his brand or his ego. If he can advance his career than his brand and ego will both be fed. There's a saying from 40 plus year's ago that comes to mind, free your mind and your @$$ will follow.

As someone who played CB in high school with half of the talent of this guy, I just don't get him. I would have been beyond ecstatic to be at Colorado and learning from the best ever. I have bipolar disorder and anxiety, wasn’t identified early, and I acted like him a lot in highschool and when I enlisted, just had a big “don’t care” problem, not trying to absolve him from accountability, but without medicine I’ll be honest it’s hard, I’ve been following the kid for awhile, I think this young brother really has bipolar type 2. It’s clear as day.

As someone who played CB in high school with half of the talent of this guy, I just don't get him. I would have been beyond ecstatic to be at Colorado and learning from the best ever. This is a testament to how he was raised because he straight up trippin. I truly hope he "grows" up before it's too late.

I Always tell people, they allow kids to get away with this Behavior when they are playing in high school and on those summer teams. Coaches, parents, and real friends have to be better when it comes to these special athletes. If the foundation is not strong, then the house will not Stand!!!
The assistant coach at the school put out a statement and said those rumors are not true. He was doing good and putting in the work. People want to see this young man fail. I believe he learned his lesson at Colorado.

That high school coach did him a disservice by withholding that information and applying extra attention to see him through high school. Now he’s at the college level and can’t level up to the work ethic. The work ethic should’ve been established in high school if not before.
MattB, Theres a young man who use to work in my Mom & Pops Store in Lakeland Fla who knows Cormani he says Cormani has a serious Drug problem his Mom cuddles, pampers & treats him like hes 8 yrs old hes lazy as hell smokes weed all day, free bases Cocaine and he also Smokes Spice. he misses Team meeting because hes up all night sleeps half the day. he gets F UP everyday Says he doesnt really like to play Football only for the money and because of his Mother. So what?????? College football is NOT all about getting to the NFL. Lots of benefits from sports.....training, accountability, accepting loss, life lessons galore. I have seen many many ex college players return to their school cities and land amazing careers.....(because of football exposure) They have pretty decent lives if they play their cards right. Not everyone needs to be NFL jock. Lots of failures there too.
