That "recon" job on the bearings, i would've rather buy new ones instead of shoving more grease into them, as it looks like your in Asia maybe even in China those bearing are under 20RMB

Sir need nyo po initin ang hub kapag babaklasin nyo dahil matagal po yan na stock then sa init din ng motor ,ingatan nyo lang po ang pag babaklas.
San lugar po yan magkano po pag nasunugan ng motor un super a ebike
