What kind of powder do you use for black color? Can I use black sesame powder?
It’s Charcoal powder. Sesame powder might not be able to get solid black tone. You can use cocoa powder instead.

Hi, It's All purpose flour. I am using repacked flour from baking ingredient shop. :)

No particular brand, I usually buy repackaged flour from baking ingredients shop. 😊

請問老師，如果在15分鐘內麵糰還不夠光滑細緻，那該怎麼辦呢？又在排氣時，若手掌根部會黏一些麵糰，是否代表麵糰水份太多？另一直想跟老師提一點點小建議，就是您的揉麵墊屬淺綠色跟麵糰白色放在一起，我們在看影片時會有反光的問題，有點刺眼😅（個人小小意見，老師別介意）
可能水份不足，下次可以在前幾分鐘觀察，很亁的話馬上加。黏一些沒關係，黏太多和太軟的話就是水量太多。當然不會介意😊 我會注意的，有時候len 自動調光暗，會有忽然爆光的問題。
