Great tips! I usually need to rest and/or nap in the afternoons due to fatigue. I therefore plan to drive places in the mornings so I'm not trying to drive when fatigued. I also let people know I need to rest in the arvos and just go to my bedroom to rest or sleep.

This is such a good one, I loved it. 👍 Very relatable too. I started bringing vegetables to our families’ holidays a couple years ago so I knew I’d be able to eat at least a couple things; thankfully, my mom makes plenty of gluten and dairy free foods at holidays ❤ but my in-laws, I’ll be lucky to get a fruit salad. 😅 Nevertheless, did I still end up eating things that made me feel gross and ended up needing days/weeks to recover? YUP. 😅🤦🏻‍♀️ But at least I’m trying lol. Like you said, gotta get better at taking my own advice. 😂👍
