Healthy Bites: Sauteed Spinach

- Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic minced
20 ounces washed baby spinach
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Directions
1. Heat oil in a large, pan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and cook until beginning to brown, 1-2 minutes.
3. Add spinach and toss to coat. Cover and cook until wilted, 3-5 minutes.
4. Remove from the heat and add lemon juice, salt, and crushed red pepper. Toss to coat and serve immediately.

I eat almost a bag of sautéed spinach a day. Lemon juice and minced garlic 😁😁 my hair got thicker, skin cleared up, etc.
I only use Lemon 🍋 juice and minced 🧄 garlic. 😋🤤 thank goodness for BJs. I always have a bag ready to go! Lol

no! actually you absorb more nutrients when cooking spinach, only spinach though
