+surya mani singh We ask the patient not to have anything for atleast 30mins after restoration has been placed. For the next 24 hours the patient is advised not to eat sticky or hard food and avoid chewing from the restoration side. Do recall the patient for follow up.

Assalamo alaikum Hammas, primate spaces are present mesial to upper canine and distal to lower canine. So when the primary teeth are still present in mouth and the first permanent molar erupts it utilises this primate space to shift mesial and this is called the early shift since it happens early in time.
However later in time when the permanent first molar shifts mesially after the deciduous one exfoliate it utilises the leeway space and hence called late shift.
