hello mam could u plz tell me that during the initial stages of tooth movement what occurs first... is it the bending of alveolar bone or pdl compression??
I loved your video, I just would like to say that you misspelled the word "hyalinization" when you wrote on the screen (12:03 and 15:46), you could add a label on the screen pointing that correction, thank you for the amazing content
Does flossing not cause separation between teeth & gums? What about the connective cementum , does it not separate? Can you not drive plaque/bacteria deeper down your tooth by flossing? Can flossing make periodontal disease worse, why or why not ?
Regular flossing removes the debris from the inaccessible areas where brush usually cannot reach and prevent plaque and calculus formation. So it would prevent periodontal disease.
Dr Teeth have periodontal separation on one of my canines, feels like I’m driving plaque deeper when I floss. Not sure if it will continue but my understanding is it will not get better on it’s own. Again, not sure about separation issue, but thanks for answering back!
If there's spacing between teeth due to receding gums that needs to be treated by a periodontist. Visit a nearby specialist. Flossing won't exaggerate it.
Dear eminent Mam.... whould you please rephrase or reword *'24 where on the pressure side the vascular supply decrease and on the tesion side the vascular supply increase.... Thanks for the lectures

brilliant explanation -the best-! But I want to know sth more detailed: When the bone is resorbed, at the other side does really new bone form or just already-existed bone place in that gap? (and that probably means bone loss in jaw structure). For an instance, I’d had my tooth removed about 4 years ago. Since then, there’s been a very slight bone loss in the place. But when I look at a mirror, the side of my face from where the tooth was removed looks more asymetric than the other side. In rontengs , the bone loss seems to be very small but still this situation affects me a lot that I’m planning to get bone graft in the area in the future. I told this because I am planning getting braces (since when my tooth was removed, the sequence of my teeth became narrowed a bit but still there’s not a significant matter that necessitates serious attempt)but im really anxious about the process because as I said, even a slight bone loss due to a tooth removal can dramatically affect me psychologically. I really want to have braces but I am so much worried about the consequences on jawbone. For example, when I got a rontgen after the braces treatment, would the bone volume and the bone level in my jaw seem the same what it was before the treatment?? Looking forward for your reply, doctor, thanks in advance!

Dr teeth tends to waste more time at the introduction and is steady at the easy parts while she runs during the difficult parts and ends the video quickly
Update: On the pressure side, the blood vessels will compress and result in their stenosis. The blood vessles adjacent to stenosis form aneurysms.
Thank you everyone for your kind gestures. Your comments mean a lot to me. Keep sharing my videos to support my work :)
