It's amply clear these people don't know their vocabulary, and are just throwing words around. "Residency/visa" and "citizenship/naturalization" are not interchangeable. "America and Canada"? Canada, as well as El Salvador, are in America. Do you mean the US? And the US and Canada are not "Second World countries" (they never sided with the Eastern Bloc); the Second World is not "less than" the First World, and the Third World isn't less than the Second World (Switzerland and Singapore, the latter of which you mentioned, are Third World countries). Do you mean to say _developing_ countries?
This is nauseating. You'd think to listen to them that they invented bitcoin. And Stacy's claim to fame is what? Being the Yoko Ono of journalism? I think Bukele made a mistake choosing this gringo.
Since when did the Salvador legislator, who supposedly represent the wisdom of the citizenship, vote on this million dollar visa? People who have millions of dollars to throw around are generally not the best and brightest. The whole idea seems to have not been thought out very well. You will end up with a bunch of know-it-all snobs who will try to run everything like Wall street and California. It seems Salvador has idled their Constitutional government and therefore, the enjoyment of true freedom, is insecure at best. It has rounded up gangsters and innocent by standers alike, and when are these souls going to have at least some semblance of a fair trial. And how are the gangsters being rehabilitated? Bitcoin may be a gift from God as a life raft from fiat, but Salvador should not presume it will be the best and the brightest in the history books. Salvador's fate is fragile at best. No one really knows where Salvador is headed at this point in the game. On a Global scale, much of the World regions, with better climates, geology and neighbors having more stable governments, are waking up to Bitcoin, and it's general adoptions is in the process of revolutionizing many regions and nations. Instead of the World coming to Salvador, Bitcoin is coming to the World at gallop speed. But I do hope all the best for Salvador.
@@jerryarcher9489 I believe many of those classified as "gangsters" are more like apprentices and I also believe there are instances where positive training, patience and support from family members can have a positive effect and many such condemned souls will respond and become good citizens. 60,000 arrested can't all be chiefs, hardened veteran gangsters, many have never been taught a better way of life.

Leonardo, Dontello and a few other Renaissance Men did not have alot of Money. They are the best and the brightest - but not the wealthiest. I am here in Florence Italy - Brunelleschi did come from a wealthy family. When a civilization ignores their artist - civilization declines. Not sure who ... meaning which Renaissance man ~ Stacy is referring to with the One Million Dollar ~ who many times she said
So Max lets talk about hope and goodness and space and the future of humanity! When Bitcoin hits 50 million what Charities are dear to your heart. The Clint lick fondle-rs took in 500 million for hay ti and built 3 houses. What do you want to do to help humanity. Anti-hero opposition to corruption up side down world! Applause 👏👏👏👏Max Keep bumping those Black Flies Mix Master Mike!
And what happens when Bukele is gone? Yeah, it's not for a Bitcoiner to put their faith in rulers, just the rules.
Edit: Curious how it'll turn out, I'll let time sort it.
I don't think Bukele is leaving office anytime soon. Even if I does only one more term, but the end of it El Salvador will be on a 100% Bitcoin standard. At that point, hard money will keep society and politics in check and things will only get better IMO.
the link was always Greece, Alexandria was the Hellenic jewel and the Byzantines who gave to EUROPE it's later glow. El Salvador is gonna be grande!
El Salvador is winning! Thanks for watching, and feel free to leave any feedback.
Hats off to Max and Stacy for voting with their feet, but a million is way too much for an unknown future so early in the game. Should be $100k tops for that country still re building. Sounds like a pump.
Should be $100. Many more would join!
1000 folks x $1m -> Max and Stacy trying to make a quick $1b. Shill it!
Max, Im moving down to El Sal, Do you have a RE broker I can work with just put on comments here if you do

Remember God. El Salvador, The Savior, is Jesus, not Bitcoin, Bitcoin is very cool, hard money and so, but will not save anybody from nothing. The salvation comes from our heart and our divine spirit inside.
People would laugh at El Salvador and BitCoin. = In another 10 yrs it will be a huge financial center like Singapore or old Hong Kong (before China take over).
Many, Many rich people will be parking their money in El Salvador and bitcoin. Many South American countries under financial stress will eventually pick BitCoin and El Salvador will be helping them to switch to BitCoin.
Nailed!

Soon a million will be one btc
Thanks for watching, Dave
technically should not citizenship by the cost of 1 BTC? Bitcoin will be the global trade settlement so if 5 million paid 1BTC El Salvador could handle that population and they have 1/6 th of the future worlds wealth
Is there not a danger that these two are becoming a tad deluded now?
Once it was 3 BTC lol
Lol
the best and brightest with a million extra dollars--obnoxious....you've both lost your minds
What do the Bitcoin wannabe Expat's do if we don't have $1m hanging around? I'm also not one of the 'best and brightest' but I'd like to contribute the best I can.
Why $1mill Economic liberty, only for people who have a spare 1 million what about the people who can come and participate but I haven’t got that sort of money but I have the potential you’re missing out on those people. I guess you’re looking at it through the lens of people I’ve got thousands of bitcoin talk to you, $1 million is nothing such a pity I’ve been following these two guys for years max And Stacey. That’s a pity they didn’t encourage more people to come and left it to the wealthy as it’s always the case, if you’re already wealthy and get the brakes. Stacey says they want the best, and the brightest no, they want the richest! What about if someone is super bright and super motivated, and super freedom minded, but lives in Burundi or Gaza and dosnt have the dough?

Feels like a money grab.
It’s not for everyone folks! If the ethos resonates with you and moves you then participate. If not, you can still get your ES passport; it’ll just take you a little longer.

Look at other visa programs like the Spanish Golden Visa, etc. This is normal for a country to have programs like this.

yappers yapping yap yap
BTC will not be a top 10 coin in five years.
Still supporting a dictator I see. How do you square supporting dictators and the values of Bitcoin?
You actually think a gangster can be rehabilitated? You gotta be off your rocker. Those gangsters are gonna be in jail for a loooong time.
Lost me at the gangster part. ES was clearly at war. In war, you choose your judgment with the uniform you put on. Anyone who opted to get a face tat should count themselves lucky not to be put in the ground.
Nobody rehabilitates gangsters, anywhere.

Yes, indeed! Thanks for watching, and feel free to leave any feedback.
I visited San Salvador in October. It's ok, but it really is no different than Costa Rica or Panama, or any other Central American nation. The average person isn't using Bitcoin to any great extent, but they like Bukele. And the Bitcoin City is still years away. From what I saw, it's a very tough sell for $1 Million. It's years away from from being anything worth $1 Million. El Salvador has a lot to prove.
There is nothing to prove , El Salvador is safe than use , an don’t tell no because I know
You don’t know what u talk in about,
You don’t have American dream anymore,
It's ok dude, you keep believing what you believe in. One day you will understand.
