I tried these, they came out perfect, I didn’t have fresh milk though I used coffee creamer.😅 I mixed three table spoons of creamer with luke warm water. I also decided to add 2 bananas that were sitting in the fruit bowl for a week😂. I baked on 180 for about 18 minutes. I put them in the center of the oven, with the oven setting of top and bottom.

Hey Thabisile, yes you can but you will have to melt the butter before you mix it with everything. Use between 115 - 120 grams of unsalted butter if you are adding salt to your mix. If you use salted butter I would recommend not adding any more salt to you mix🥰🥰🥰

To make them brown on top I just bake them for longer than the necessary baking time. They get ready in about 18 to 20 mins. But leave them for another 3 to 5mins just to brown the top. Those are actually plain cup cakes not muffins. They look gorgeous, light and fluffy whereas muffins are heavy and moist and you add real fresh fruit, nuts, chocolate chips as opposed to sweetners and essences
Hey Linkk😃, am sure the mixture would still be able to hold in a cake tin but we have never tried using this mixture for making a cake sowe can’t tell for sure how it would come out and how long you should bake it or at what temperature. But your question has left us curious, We should try and see and hopefully we will be able to share a video of it☺️☺️
Any such batters can be baked at 350 for about 30 mins or until done. However with the oil instead of butter in this recipe the taste and texture of the cake may be disappointing. But for muffins - great recipe.

When you heat them up in the oven do you only heat heat them down? Cz the first pan I heated them down then up but they were hard

Those are actually plain cup cakes not muffins. They look gorgeous, light and fluffy whereas muffins are heavy and moist and you add real fresh fruit, nuts, chocolate chips as opposed to sweetners and essences

Can you bake a cake instead of muffins
Hey Linkk😃, am sure the mixture would still be able to hold in a cake tin but we have never tried using this mixture for making a cake sowe can’t tell for sure how it would come out and how long you should bake it or at what temperature. But your question has left us curious, We should try and see and hopefully we will be able to share a video of it☺️☺️
Any such batters can be baked at 350 for about 30 mins or until done.
However with the oil instead of butter in this recipe the taste and texture of the cake may be disappointing.
But for muffins - great recipe.
