How can a president preside over a blotted government and borrows to offset for the vast administrative wage bill that have non performing 84 ministers, PS, RDC, RCC, DISO, VISO, PISO, and a whopping 550 MPs. If it was someone else in Muhozi's shoes as a representative of PLU from the army, the discussion would be channeled towards a different subject and usually an absurb topic....please when pushing for patriotic movement discussions place the country ahead of personalities. Ugandans want accountability and not people advertising pressure groups
