Looks like a single Irish chain set on point. Maybe with some blue Greek cross set in the alternate blocks occasionally

Hhhmmmm 🤔 maths does not compute. "Every year first one i n 2016" would make it the 7th year, which means there must have been a gap of two years in there somewhere. 🤪
