  • We spend a few amazing & relaxing days at Undara. We did one of the Lava Tube tours & I have to say it's a must.
The stay at the campground was also a pleasant experience. The restaurant & bar are amazing. Really well set up .

      Thanks for watching!
Yeah. Amazing how the tubes are formed.
This was our second visit. First was back in 2006.
We had a great stay there
      Cheers

    Hi Paul & Michelle
Another great video. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there last year. We didn’t do the crater walk but did both the morning & sunset tours. Both were excellent. Seeing the thousands of tiny bats leaving the lava tubes at night to feed was amazing.
We’re on the last leg of our half lap through Western QLD, the Top End / Red Centre / Barossa Valley / Murray Valley & Victorian High Country. Just spent 2 days at Bright, one of our favourite towns, before pushing on to Rylstone via Gundagai, Cootamundra, Young, Cowra, Carcoar, Blayne, Bathurst & Sofala. Will be back home in the Hunter Valley tonight. Lawn mowing, gardening and all the other boring stuff to come. 😂
    Cheers

      Hi Peter & Annette,
Good to hear from you both.
Yes, Lava Tubes was a real surprise this time around. We only went there to fill in time but really enjoyed our stay this time. We did visit previously back in 2006 & didn't really rate it back then. Don't really know why
I have seen your Bright video. Beautiful Pics, Beautiful place. Haven't been there for a while, too cold this time of year for us. We're still at home in Melb and we are struggling with winter as we are usually up north somewhere this time of year.
Ha, Yeah...... Arriving Home again after being away for a while. I actually like coming home when it's time but yes, catching up on all the home maintenance .... Enuf Said!
Hope it's not too long before you are away again. We should be off again in October until December but not sure yet.
We have a couple of things going on at home that we need to be here for.
Anyway, stay safe & Talk soon. Maybe we'll catch up one day on the road & I can buy you a beer!
      Cheers,
      Paul & Michelle
