Anyway I loved this video and all I can think of is how much you‘ll love Vienna (yes I‘m the commenter from TikTok)! I‘ve just been to Prague, Vienna & Budapest and it was magical but Vienna really screamed your name! SO many grand, old buildings, so much glamour and so much history! I’d suggest 3-4 days as I think going to some of the museums is mandatory (imperial apartments, Crown Jewels, Schönbrunn Castle - you’ll love it even though sadly one is not allowed to film/photograph inside). Ugh I’m sorry about me rambling but it’s honestly so amazing I wanna go back immediately 🤍

When I went to venice I took a picture at the same spot near Ponte di Rialto and it really is a great location for the perfect picture! If you'll come back you have to try the cicchetti, like bruschetta but with different ingredients on the top.
The glass blowing is incredible, those chandeliers are absolutely breathtaking

I can’t imagine anywhere more suited to you Freddy, all the beautiful frescoes, the gondola’s, the Murano chandeliers and the gorgeous architecture. It was also such a treat to watch you and JJ together-he really does treat you like the princess you are! Thoroughly enjoyed the vlog and hopefully your poor feet have recovered, although it surprised me not one bit that, even when you’re in obvious pain, those mules stayed firmly on your feet 😂

Last time i was there was in 2009. I spent all my time off the tourist track where it was quiet and empty. I stayed away from the most populated food places, as those are indeed overpriced and terrible tasting. My sister got sick from it; she hadn't done much homework. My whole Italy vacation (down the middle) I lived on fantastic gelato, fruit, and the occassional decadent dinner. It was great. The next time I get out there I'm treking the coasts and doing some hiding out in Pisa.

I totally agree with you about the Piazza San Marco, the food and drink may be expensive, but some people doesn´t seem to understand that you are paying for the whole experience. Not just an Aperol Spritz but and Aperol Spritz in one of the most beautiful places in the world! If it´s not your thing then fine, but otherwise quit moaning and get with the program. Always so pleased to see another feinsmecker at life enjoying herself :) Loved this trip report.

The type of pizza you had at that resturant was a classic pizza napoletana judging by the Borders and mozzarella..they are the original pizzas in the world,glad you liked them!
