Love all of the content guys, I however find myself agreeing with Tyson the most, and what I'm wondering is where in the New Testament do we really see this sort of Pastoral Self-Preservation? I'm not saying that we as Pastors Serve everyone, all the time, do all the things, but man, I wonder how Paul would respond to this sort of self care/soul care language? He was killed in the street and his Disciples raised him to life, and he kept going, I'm sure he traveled slower, but we never see a time where Paul was like, I just need to crash for months on end to get right, Pauls sabbatical was against his will and in Prison for the Glory of God. This seems like Millennial doesn't love the grind language, instead of present yourself a living Sacrifice.

Thank you for sharing this. I am a fulltime pastor and a fulltime public school teacher. Two fulltime vocations and I'm currently facing some of these issues. My predicament is that I serve at a small church that cannot afford a fulltime minister, therefore I have often found myself carrying the church. It has cost me greatly, but I am giving myself a window of time for the Lord to do what He wants with the church, as I know that my current situation is not sustainable. Thank you for the honestly in this video.
