Hi Roni. I really enjoyed watching your unboxing. I hope you get many years of use from that knife. Also, since I am British, I loved all your snacks. I like Marmite spread on toast in the morning. Enjoy all your gifts!
Nice haul, that knife is a really good one, just the job for general use in the kitchen! The Bay leaves should be a nice addition to your cooking, especially casseroles! The food box, haha so much sweet things; I understand how you feel about that, I prefer savoury stuff. The Marmite, well I thought you were a bit brave with the second try, that was a lot to put on just bread - try hot buttered toast and just a light scrape for the flavor the we tend to go for! Will need to get my thinking cap on about what I could send!
My first long, top level, comment here got lost when the vid ended - going to just add the ending I was typing as it disappeared to Elysia ... Marmite is a mustard style (different taste ofc) condiment you can spread over cheese and tomato sammies, or toasted cheese and onion. It is the best source of Vit. B12 (and it's meat free) - I take 1/2 tsp straight off the spoon in the mornings as a supplement. If I were still in England I'd send Rose's Lime Marmalade (pretty sweet though), and if still in NSW I'd send Vegemite (I described it as salty chocolate spread to business guests there).
Oh! I'm glad I tried the popular drink! But it really is way too sweet for me! Coca Cola also is wayyyyy too sweet for me. I don't really drink sodas for that reason.
As with others, Marmite on freshly buttered toast is great. Just make sure you spread the Marmite thinly! Plus, you can always add Marmite to a cheddar cheese sandwich or spread it on cheese on toast! Plus, it's great when you melt a spoonful in a mug of boiling water, as a warming brew during a cold winter's day. Enjoy!
The challenge is to eat just one jaffa cake with your coffee. A great haul indeed! So much fun to watch. But Roni! No Blood! Scary knife, but razor sharp is, ironically, the safest as long as you keep your fingers out of the way.
@@ronireacts_to_all 😏 I ... um ... have experience eating the whole box. 🙄 Yeah, watch the🔪 and 🖐. p.s., My wife makes jaffa cakes. Found a recipe on line. Yum.
Marmite can be used in cooking, it works similar to stock cubes, so great in stews, casseroles and mince dishes ( cottage pie, shepherds pie, spaghetti Bol, etc.) there are loads of recipes out online for ideas. Marmite is a yeast extract made from spent brewers yeast.
Hiya Roni, you can add half a teaspoon of Marmite into tomato based sauce for pasta it's also very good brushed (thinly) all over beef before you roast it or just a ghost thin layer on butterd toast, enjoy 😋.
Try the Marmite again on hot, buttery toast. Jaffa Cakes - With a bottle of Buckfast, breakfast of champions. Irn Bru (Iron brew) have some legendary adverts. you might want to check out a compilation.
Happy Thanksgiving Roni 🍗 Hopefully you won't cut yourself on that beautiful chef's knife (I love the patterns in Damascus steel). They say you're actually more likely to cut yourself with a dull knife than a sharp one so here's hoping that's true 😁 Also with a knife like that always hand wash it. I had a friend who spent over $150 on a big name chef's knife only to ruin it by running it thru the dishwasher.

Thank you so much! It's gorgeous! And a badass knife!
Also a great weapon in case of intruders. 😁🤘🙏🎸🔪🗡️
@ronireacts_to_all Roni, get yourself a Rottweiler for protection. You'd have to get too close to use the knife.
@@GuySmith-us3vw I like proximity. 😉
Allrighty then.

Irn Bru actually outsells Coca Cola in Scotland. I'm not a huge fan myself but it's insanely popular.

Jaffa cakes are best if eaten the WHOLE THING! with a cup of coffee. 😂
I'll try to keep my fingers away! Can't make promises though.
