Is the TP-Link AC4000 the same as WiFi 6E triband?
No AC4000 is previous generation Where as the WIFE 6E is the newest generation with a lot more capabilities.

No, If you were talking about a Range Extender Yes. But this is a router itself so no.

Yes tp link does sell a modem as well but you don't need to match the brand name. you can use a different modem/router.
