Dear Umaid Ahmed, Society have a rule that when there's atleast 6/7 houses are built in a street then they will carpet that road. Most of blocks streets have gas pipeline but government have put ban on residential connection fom around past 2 years.INSHALLAH when ever ban is lifted gas connection will be granted. Thanks !
What about future and amenities and prices of plots. On the face it is Islambad but actually most of the area is in in Rawalpindi municipality area what you say about.
Muhammad Rafique due to margalla road access;future absolutely seems to be bright.It should have cross 30-40% profit threshold but due to unstable political issues it is around 10-12% which is nothing which we were expecting.A lot of amenities & mega projects are being under-construction in b-17, so we hope in future this area will be well established. Yes only A & B blocks only comes under CDA but taking this in mind that whole of bahria & other successful projects falls in RDA that doesn’t mean b-17 is not prosperous society.Its a matter of territorial authority.RDA is also a good regulatory authority & its bylaws are almost like CDA. Rest ALLAH PAK knows the best !
