This was Fami's first live performance with the band. She was selected from thousands of applicants for the position after Miho, the former bassist left the band. If you watch the opening song of the concert, The Hammer of Wrath, you can see the singer, Asami, look over at Fami in the middle of the song and give her a huge grin. As for Fami, she has the biggest smiles throughout the concert. You can tell she is having a blast being on stage with them. Band Maid is hard rock, Lovebites is power metal; apples and oranges. It just depends on one's personal preferences. To me they're both the best at what they do.

Unlike all the Yutes nowadays, we-us Metal-ers know that the so-called 'Power Metal' is in actuality Thrash Metal, which all of we-us Metal-ers know is one of the 6 TRUE subcategories of the Genre of Heavy Metal. These talented ladies take the foundation of 4 of the subcategories of Metal laid down by bands such as Helloween, Armored Saint, Nuclear Assault, Bolt Thrower, Flotsam and Jetsam, Death Angel, Iron Maiden, Overkill, Testament, Megadeth, Slayer, Exodus, and earlier Metallica, mix the sound together, add their own unique style of playing into the mix, and subsequently take Metal to even GREATER heights. Miyako's Flying V is her Dean Signature Model. She is an Official Dean Artist. She also has a Dean Switchblade, like Dimebag used, but she uses it exclusively for Drop D tuning now. Midori uses the black ESP she is playing here for songs in Drop D tuning (she has a blue one for regular tuning). Glad you have become such a Fan (it is easy to do). I lost it when you said best Japanese female metal band along with Band Maid. This is the typical westerner reaction when they see something from Asia. You have not seen any all female metal band in your life in the world that can go on par with Lovebites. I am not saying this as a fan of Lovebites but I know there isnt. Stop belittling them. there isnt any female metal band in the history of earth that are as good as these ladies. Its just the fact. I am all ears if you can name me any female metal band of this calibre.

Miyako's Flying V is her Dean Signature Model. She is an Official Dean Artist. She also has a Dean Switchblade, like Dimebag used, but she uses it exclusively for Drop D tuning now. Midori uses the black ESP she is playing here for songs in Drop D tuning (she has a blue one for regular tuning). Glad you have become such a Fan (it is easy to do). This song was their first release after they added new bassist Fami. And this was their First Performance Live with Fami (and Fami's first time ever playing Live with a Band, OR in front of a real crowd).

I lost it when you said best Japanese female metal band along with Band Maid. This is the typical westerner reaction when they see something from Asia. You have not seen any all female metal band in your life in the world that can go on par with Lovebites. I am not saying this as a fan of Lovebites but I know there isnt. Stop belittling them. there isnt any female metal band in the history of earth that are as good as these ladies. Its just the fact. I am all ears if you can name me any female metal band of this calibre.
