Got mine 2022 (standard) 2-3 weeks ago. Was originally looking at 2022 CB500X but this one showed up fully loaded with Givi windscreen, Barkbusters hand guards, OEM engine guards, OEM auxiliary lights, 2 Hella horns, OEM heated grips, OEM center stand, OEM luggage rack and Honda panniers with integrated position/brake LED lights. 1500 km later I’m pretty happy with it. It is fun bike and very easy to ride. Prefer it on backroads and gravel roads (especially after installing TKC80 front tire) over my Tracer 900 GT. Tracer for sport-touring (she always ask you to go faster and harder) and NC for relaxed exploring.
Bought my NC750X DCT just over a year ago . Did a 1200km trip to George in the Western Cape, here in South Africa with a one night stop over. The NC is just the great all rounder of motorcycles. Ample power, comfort and the crown - superb fuel consumtion , 3,45 litres per 100km overall measured consumption and most of the time I was riding at 130/140kmh and even went up to 180kmh at one stage. This from a 750cc engine !Scooters won't do much better.I challenge anyone to ride a manual bike and then a DCT and not agree that the DCT is the more relaxing and less stressful ride. Greetings from Johannesburg.🏍
Hi Paul, Nice roads up there. Very good video. Been up lakes loads of times over the years but can't remember a time without rain. Last time over Hardknott it was like a river.
I live in the USA. I to am a big fan and bought my 2024 Honda NC 750x DCT because of your videos and your character as well as being just real as we sometimes say in the states. Your a real honest man. Stay safe and keep up the great work. Love my NC.
@@birchwoodbikerI certainly will. It's just like yours because here in the States for 2024 Honda only sold in matt blue. Just a thought for your next video. What do think about a video on how you handle the wind and weather. Thanks Paul. Ride on brother. And get healthy.

Don't know why I've never considered one of these bikes, reckon I should give them a serious look. Subbed and enjoying the channel, Cheers!

Did you have to override the DCT over Hardknott? Hold gears?
Looking at todays forecast "lake district" seems very apt.....
