Niluluto ko itong ganitong recipe pero kung mayroon budget baka ginagamit ko at instead ampalaya leaves pachay . sa pressure cooker ginagamit ko para lumambot mabuti ang beans para medyo lumapot ang sabaw

be careful if you wanted your pork tender, Kidney beans take almost or past an hour to cook. its ideal to put the pork after the beans are mildy soft. or depends on how your pork is cut.

@@carlcalvin1479that particular kind of bean in this country is somehow takes time to cook. Sometimes the pork gets cooked earlier, but just go ahead and braise it and then you will have a melt-in-your-mouth savoriness.
I think it depends.if you didn’t soak the beans in water it takes a bit longer time to cook.
