- PORK AND BEANS MENUDO
3 pcs. onions, sliced
2 tbsp. minced garlic
60g tomato paste
1kg pork menudo cut
salt and pepper, to season
soy sauce, as needed
water, as needed
bell peppers, cut into medium cubes
2 pcs. carrots, cut into medium cubes
½ kg potatoes, cut into medium cubes
pork and beans
Masarap gamitin ang pork and beans sa ibat-ibang recipe. Sa bahay may tinatawag kaming "survival" recipe kung saan hinahalo namin ang pork and beans habang ginigisa ang corned beef, sibuyas, kamatis at hinahaluan ng konting pickle relish at grated cheddar cheese. Survival kasi delata lang at mga sangkap pang-gisa lang ang nilalagay. Napakasarap nyan sa steamed or fried rice.

Masarap talaga ipanghalo ang pork and beans sa tomato based either pork or chicken. Lalo na pag nadurog yung beans sa sauce.

This is an interesting recipe.
When I grew up mom would make a porn n beans dish with ground beef.
We would eat it with white bread.
I still enjoy that dish today but I spice it up a bit more.
