    Dal Masala Ingredients:
    200g dal (red lentil dal)
    A bunch of spinach leaves
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    3-4 garlic cloves, chopped
    3-4 green chilies, chopped
    3/4 tsp chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    1/2 tsp curry powder
    1/2 tsp mustard seeds
    1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    1 tsp coriander powder
    Cinnamon sticks (optional, to taste)
    1 cup coconut milk
    Curry leaves
    Salt to taste
    Oil for cooking
