Well there may be also a possibility where when the boat was in the same direction where the ferry was there then the boat may had been malfunctioned and the driver couldn't changed its direction afterwards

Our defense training system is mediaeval. I mean army lost it men while their tank sink in river. Air force lost it's men regularly in the Mig29s. And Navy also lost it's men helicopter crash, boat over speeding etc. If they can't even protect their men, how they give protection to others??
