Thanks for these videos. It’s great to see someone who loves the Apple Watch Hermès as much as I do. I started with the Series 0 Sport in 2015 and have moved up through the range each year getting my first Hermès, the series 5 stainless steel, just before Christmas (when the space black was out of stock). I also feel some of the psychology you refer to in your videos at work inside me but I love it and looking forward to adding a new Hermès Series 6 to the collection in a few weeks. Great video; I"ve watched a few other videos about Apple Watch and Hermes. I ended up getting an Hermes Jumping Single Band as a result. I would like to hear about office set up. Not just the technology; I really like your art (blue swirls on metal frame), the fan, the lighting, desk etc... Would love to know what brands they are etc... Thanks!
Really glad to see you making more content. I find your product related videos particularly relatable and interesting. Regarding the Watch, I’ve always gone for the stainless both for the look (I like the way the steel ages with it’s own patina) and also for the higher grade ‘sapphire’ face. I never see scratches on it. - As for the Hermès, it’s never been in my price range, however listening to you putting it in context especially in regards to resale value, makes it more of a proposition for me. I have a maxed out MacBook Pro 16” for $3400 and one of the primary reasons I stick with the Macbook line.....is resale. So, perhaps this year I’ll dive into the world of Hermès. - Lastly, thanks for showing the Grovemade band. I’ve been looking into them and I think I’ll pull the trigger on that as well. - Looking forward to more vids! 🤙🏼

I have the series 4 stainless black and just bought a black leather band with black buckle. It’s unbelievably pretty and battery is at 94% health so I’ll be keeping it for the time being... Your Hermès watch is Gorgeous and elegant. The watch faces that come with it are really spectacular. I’m moving to Ecuador in two weeks so I better form a life long relationship with my series 4. Great video! Your talent shows in the quality and your way of presenting the information... My wife has the Hermes Series 5 in the traditional Hermes orange color. She also had the series 2. We considered the ceramic, but the Hermes includes the expensive band, which makes it a better buy.
Initially, I liked the look of the black, but the orange model with the matching two color face, is awesome.
For a guy, definitely the black.
For anyone considering this, definitely pay the extra $ 400 for the Hermes model, vs the Apple Black stainless. I have the Apple black stainless. Cost about $ 850.
You didn’t mention that the Hermes includes a 3 year warranty from Apple.
You're right the warranty is a great point. Also the Noir Hermes face I show in the video is exclusive to the Space Black model, which adds a little more perceived value.

Hello. Excellent excellent video!!! I was just wondering, so the black Hermès, will NOT chip as far as the paint goes?? PLEASE PLEASE THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIMELY RESPONSE!!!
The paint is done with a special process called DLC - "Diamond Like Carbon" - and it's crazy hard. Your mileage may vary, but I don't take special care at all about wearing my Watch and never see a scratch.

Do you happen to know if the space black has the dlc (diamond like coating)? Its supposed to be extremely durable and prevent scratches.
Space black has not been exclusive to the Hermès models until the series 6. I have had a space black stainless steel series 2 and I currently have it on a series 3.
I wish Hermes editions were available in India. I don't care about the cases as Titanium is good enough for me. But I'd def pick up the the bands!
Wasn’t the space black stainless steel always available(although this year graphite stainless steel replaced space black)? I bought a stainless steel space black series 4 watch. Is it any different from the Hermès series 4/5?
It was, just this was the first time in Hermes. I wasn't clear about that in the video. No physical difference beyond some Hermes branding on the back of the watch. Otherwise, programming for the Hermes faces inside.
What was the first series Apple Watch to have the Hermès edition?
Just a quick question (very very good video BTW, thx): is this the exact same black stainless steel as the regular one with only proprietary Hermès watch faces and packaging or are the colors ever so slightly different ?

Space Black is exclusive to the Hermes. Other stainless Watches have Space Gray, which is a dark, matte gray with kind of a brushed finish.

I’m a little upset that there isn’t a Ceramic anymore but will they ever have a black Ceramic, that would be nice if possible?? But I’ve now every since seeing your video, I’m very much into the steel black, but would be nicer for perhaps a triple black or deep black Hermès!!! Well that’s just my opinion.
Triple black would be amazing, I agree. Who knows if we'll ever get a black ceramic, but I think the Space Black stainless on the Hermes might be the closest we get.

The Hermes Apple watch is - at least for me - all about the cool additional dial options. Having said this, this video totally misses the point.
