As a diabetic when it gets cold, my feet hurt to the point of having to stop hunting. I've been buying the peel and stick chemical heaters for years. Might have to put these on my Christmas list... Thanks for the info.
I run the Venustas Heated vest with the 20 hr battery bank. Its a game charger being able to layer down and throw the vest on with less layers and keep warm.
Hunt'n flooded timber in AR and feet are the 1st thing to start getting cold (not Dakota cold but occasionally single digits + wind). Next is my call'n / trigger hand (ungloved regardless of conditions). Get'n older and cold is start'n to finally get to me a little. technology seems to be closer to actually working. Before the idea was great but the batts digging into legs, wires, etc was a no-go. May have to give some of this a try. Thanks for the unboxing. Look forward to seeing the field testing.
I was literally just looking up some heated socks to buy for my girlfriend and me. Ive never used heated kit, but sole days, im pretty sure i would get jealous of her having thrm.😂
Hey, I've got to buy one of the rugrats some waders. What would you recommend? It seems like all of them leak. I'm scared to spend 1k on something I'll have to just re buy every season.
Man I hope the shocks work out that would be awesome, I have bought so many different kinds of Boots through the years, The only thing that works for me was the army Mickey mouse Boots, but hard to climb a climber tree stand, so the gentleman using a blind or latter stand ,if the sock works out great, but if don't bud them mickey mouse boots might 👍✌️
I've really been considering some heated socks. My dang feet freeze no matter what I do. Thin socks, thick socks, deodorant to keep them from sweating, it doesn't matter. I've got the rest of my gear down for the rest of my body, but my dang feet are like ice.
Thin merino socks, stick on toe warmers, then thick merino socks over those. Thats the only thing that works for me for Iowa late muzzleloader when it can be super cold. I usually put the toe warmers and thick socks on in the truck before I walk to the blind. When its not super cold I've have better luck with warmer socks and uninsulated boots. It seems like my feet don't do the sweat then freeze thing as bad.
@Duckhunterbow I'm going to give that a go next week, suppose to be around 30 degrees which is cold as heck for me. I know that isn't cold for yall northern folks but down here on the coast that dang humid cold bites pretty hard.
@SlimPickins_07 yes 30 degrees is long sleeve and regular pants weather ahahah Although I will say it hasn’t been as cold lately as winters past only got to minus 30 once last winter

So far I’m impressed they are fricken’ HOT ahahah I just use them on low ahahah
That's pretty impressive. I do like having app and not having to mess around trying to get socks going with boots on. Gonna have to look into this.
I’m not a huge fan of heated gear but these have been pretty sweet, I will say the high setting on the socks is not needed it’s fricken TOASTY 🤣🤣

I may or may not be testing those next 🤫

You betcha! I’ve been testing both and so far very impressed, I still need more testing though!

I hope they are good i just told my wife to get me a vest and the socks for Christmas
So far so good!

Luckily I don’t have an issue with keeping warm but I am giving these both a fair test and so far it’s been very impressive!
The USB port on the battery pack is probably to charge your phone. Btw.
Yes I wasn’t talking about that I was talking about the connection point had both options to plug into the battery pack
I don’t know. Toasty toes work great wool sock Toasty toes another wool sock. Good to go.
I’ve always just wore whatever socks and roll out luckily I don’t really get cold
I am curious to see how these do nonetheless

May be an item worth looking into!

@Duckhunterbow now that’s a solid gameplan

I wish they made these for extra fat and tall guys.
That’s rough! Not sure what sizes they have!
